Everything was perfect. Nice, cozy, warm family hotel in quiet environment, perfect for good night sleep after a busy day at the slopes . Staff are so polite and friendly and always with a smile ready to help . Food was homemade , so tasty and delicious, always fresh and a lot of options to choose from. Our room was double with futon bed for the child, very warm,the mattress and pillows were comfy and we had a huge balcony with a wonderful view. I can't recommend enough for this cute hotel, I would definitely come again.

Dinner was really nice, the lady did her best - despite the lack of electricity in the resort in the morning, a really good and fresh breakfast was waiting for us. Overall, the staff was polite, the common room was cosy, the bed in the room was comfortable.

Zero communication - despite it says 24 hour reception, they did not answer on the phone FOR DAYS and did not return calls, neither did they answered properly (or at all) on the Booking messaging. The parking was for 4-5 cars so you may have to park somewhere else.

Plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Dated place but there’s a beautiful charm to it. The room which was given on arrival (room no 15) was too small with an extra bed and we requested to change. They changed it without any issues to No 16 which had plenty of space. Shower room is small but functional. Only problem was the whole bathroom gets wet after a shower. We had no issue but if you are with a toddler would be difficult to be safe with a slippery bathroom floor. Marianna and the guy who did the rooms were so friendly. 15 mins walk to the resort. A taxi asked for 20lev one way. Al in all great, very comfortable place. Towels were changed every day while the bed linen every 3/4 days. Didn’t use the sauna as 50lev for an hour where as nearby hotels offered full day sauna / pool for 30lev per person.

Location - quiet away from the crowds. Food - was great even though the choices are limited, but we were looking forward to our meals every time. Breakfast is open 7.30 - 10am and dinner at 5.30 -8pm. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room - the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and they cleaned it every day.

So there's no elevator, and once the toilet wouldn't flush, and the lights didn't work either (once, but it got resolved really quick). It's about a 20-minute walk from the slopes, so if you have a car and your own gear, you'll be fine. Otherwise, you can rent equipment from the ski schools near the slopes and just walk to and from the hotel.

We stayed at Victoria Hotel for the second time and we loved it again. Totally my favorite place in Borovets, I would not think of staying elsewhere in future <3 Super kind, helpful and responsive personnel, they really went out of their way to meet our needs, for instance brought us a kettle in the room as I needed tea regularly. Excellent value for money, cozy room with everything necessary, we just did not want to leave. Attention to detail in bathroom and room, we were lucky this time to get the most spacious corner room with its own balcony. Very tasty and plentiful food at breakfast and dinner. We appreciated the parking as well. The hotel is 10 min walk from the center of Borovets and the lift but this is also an advantage cause it was in the snowy woods, calmer and away from the noise and frenzy, perfect for a really relaxed vacation. I so much loved it that I even wanted to extend my stay by one more night but in the end gave up this idea because of New Year's plans. Can't wait to be back!

The hotel was beautiful. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast and Dinner were also very tasty, certainly nice to eat. They had a little toy area that my daughter enjoyed, and even let us borrow some sleighs so she could have fun in the snow.

The hotel was a bit on the farther end from the ski slopes, but still a reasonable walk. Roughly 10 minutes uphill to get to the lifts. However, the staff showed us which paths to take to cut the walking time.

Excellent little hotel just outside the main street. Really well maintained and the half board food is better than of most restaurants - i was amazed by the quality of ingredients and how much the staff cared to make everything perfect. The rooms are quite small and it's a 10 minutes walk to the slopes, but it's deffinitely worth it. It punches way above it's weight due to the wonderful staff.

Property was traditional and very nice inside. The food was absolutely fantastic, breakfast and dinner had lots of choice and tasted so good. The drinks were reasonably priced too, would love to go back!

Nothing, it was all brilliant! It is a little walk to the town centre but we knew this when booking, was perfect for us as we enjoyed the walk!

Staff were very friendly. Very good choice of food from the breakfast and dinner buffet, different choice of food every morning and evening. Room was very warm. Nice communal area downstairs with a fire to play bored games and have a drink. Feels like a nice family run hotel, feels homely. Fresh towels every day. About a 10min walk from borovets centre where the bars/restaurants and ski slopes are located.
