It was very clean. The staff was really nice and their attitude were positive. The food was very good, the vatiaty for breakfast and dinner was very good as well. There is a shuttle bus to Yastrebets cabin. Kids room is small and there are almost none toys there, but our kid liked it.

The facilities are old, the mattress was heavily steined, but the sheets and towels were nice and clean. If you are a vegan, there are days when there are no options for you. The first night there was only white rice. The second one, the vatiaty was good. The shuttle bus timings are not that suitable. The return ones are at 12:15 and then in 15:45 which is not great if you are with kids. The last return shuttle bus is at 16:15.

Verry attentive staff that helped with all our extra demands and questions. Hotel is very thouroughly cleaned and despite it being a bit older everything is in a great condition. Food was fantastic, there was a wide selection for both dinner and breakfast. They even had a special Valentine's day dinner. Location is good, in a nice forest, 10min walking distance from center and they have a organized shuttle bus to the gondola. Overall, it's great value for money.

Was a nice hotel I stayed for 3 nights Breakfast and dinner were super good Room is comfortable and warm which is important It’s not too far from village so I was walking all the time however they have shuttle if you don’t want to walk

My bathroom was a bit smelly maybe something with the drains.However not big problem They didn’t have anyone to prepare cocktails but it was in the drinks menu so I couldn’t have it, same not a big problem got something different instead.

I was amazed by the food choices they have for breakfast and dinner, the atmosphere in the hotel overall is very pleasant and warm & the staff is extra friendly and polite. The hotel definitely exceeds the expectations for the price. Totally recommended.

The room was too hot for sleep, I had to sleep with the window open but it didn’t help much, but considering the fact that most od the people can sleep in a hot room, it’s ok.

Beds were comfortable, it was very warm in the room, towels were changed every morning, it was clean, food was great and deserts were phenomenal... Good value for money

Some parts of the room and hotel need renovation, water in the shower could've been a little bit warmer, and if you are coming with your car be careful since the road up to the hotel is full of holes but passable

Everything was wonderful! The rooms clean, enough heat, the food delicious and varied, the sky shuttle every day was a bonus but we liked to walked the distance because was close enought till the center. The personal very, very kind, always to be there and to help if is needed. Thanks Boian for the best coffees and your hospitality! We cannot wait next time to be there!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was seriously delicious – a real highlight! And the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The short walk into town is a nice little warm-up before a day on the slopes. We're already planning our return trip, and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

All the staff are very nice make you feel welcome , love this hotel for my week ski trip , foods great ,hotels warm , little bit of a walk to center 10 min but there is a regular morning shuttle and return , There is a sauna down stair . Great value for money .

Warm and clean and friendly helpful staff. Food was incredible. Sauna was a lovely touch.

Everything was great but if there has to be something then it would be a bigger toaster for breakfast. That’s it, everything else was fab.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a large balcony. We loved the various spaces on the floors with the pool table etc which gave the children plenty of space to play and make friends. The food was amazing. They put on a special valentines meal with a free raffle and special dishes. Very pleased with our stay. We had four rooms for our large group.

As previously mentioned on other reviews, some aspects of the hotel are quite tired but this did affect our stay. It was clean and tidy. If you need a hairdryer, bring one. They have limited supplies they give out at reception. We had to check every day if one had been returned. Don’t rely on the shuttle to the resort. One day there was a group of 6 men in their ski boots with their skis booked on the 10am shuttle. They were told at 10:30 the driver wouldn’t be coming back for them and they had to walk up in their boots. Awful. It’s a pleasant, easy walk in comfy shoes but a killer in ski boots.
