Place is located 5-7 mins walk from both of the resort's lift areas. It is a studio with a large bed and a very large reclining sofa which is big enough for 2, even 3 adults. It is clean with fully equipped kitchen, 4th floor with lift.

Parking spaces are limited around the building, especially if snow has accumulated, the rest of the resort is paid parking area. Place only has 1 roof window and no balcony so quite dark. Kitchenware quite limited.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you would need, the shower had good pressure and the hot water tank was big enough for our needs. The owner was very helpful, his instructions for checking in were clear and he was quick to respond to queries. There is a lift to the top floor. The apartment was quiet.

The building has limited parking spaces but there are free parking spots a short walk away, so not really a problem.

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a great stay in Borovets. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Location is great as it's just far away enough from all the noise from the centre of town but close enough to walk easily to the lifts etc in the morning. There were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and the apartment was the perfect size and never felt cramped.

There is limited parking outside the building. It lacks kitchen appliances, e.g a larger chopping board.

Room was super spaceish even with 4 people and kitchenette was fully stocked making the space very comfortable. Owner was also super responsive and friendly

Overall the apprtment is very new and well equiped. It was spotlessly clean. The space is large and offers you everything for a nice stay. There is a large comfortable double bed, a living area with my a sofa as well as a kitchen with a dining table. It is settled in a quiet location surrounded by trees. It’s location allows you to reach the ski slopes in less than 10 minutes on foot and there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The kitchen is brand new and has a coffe machine as well. Our host has left some coffee for us which was a nice gesture from him/her. They promptly answered our messages and took care that everything was communicated in timey manner.

There is no balcony and there is a roof window only. However the appartment was very bright itself. A ski depot would be a nice addition as skiers might have a need of it.

Perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable, good size room.

A blind on the velux window would have been good to keep light out first thing in the morning

The host was very nice and helpful. The studio was very clean and cozy, close to the center and the ski center. Will definitely come back.
