Everything was spot on. Breakfast, dinner, swimming pool, spa, massage services, ski school, and above all the kinder garden - nursery service. For us, this was the most important aspect if there was an option for someone to take care of our child during the day while we enjoyed the ski slopes plus of course ski lessons and playtime. The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Central location - just next to the Gondola. Spacious bedroom with massive bed! Our room was facing the main ski runs so the view was incredible! The spa was also quite nice and it was great that there was bowling, pool, etc available.

The juice/coffee at breakfast were not the highest quality but the food was good.

Like many others I was dubious on what to expect after reading some reviews but value for money, you can't fault this hotel! Yes it is a bit dated but if you look past that, it has everything you need... Spacious warm room, firm comfortable bed, hot shower, beautiful views of the mountain, friendly efficient staff, locker room for ski equipment, a wonderful warm Olympic sized pool and spa facilities to unwind in after a long day of skiing on the slopes. Breakfast I thought was good, so much to choose from and frequently replenished, plus decent coffee! For us personally, we couldn't have asked for a better location, right opposite the Yastrebets gondala and within walking distance to all shops and resturants! We will 100% stay here again!

The only negative thing were the pillows were too thick and hard for our liking but reception sent house keeping up within 15mins to give us alternative pillows.

Hotel had excellent amenities! Was as close as you could get to the gondola and only a few minutes walk from the chair lifts! Breakfast had a really good choice and was fresh and tasty. We especially liked the sports bar on the first floor with happy hour all the time and 2 for 1 cocktails! We used all the amenities in our short stay aswell as full days snowboarding! The rental place in the hotel itself was convenient and stress free so if you stay at the hotel definitely use their rentals as they take your boards back each evening saving you worrying about storage of rentals! We really couldn't fault this hotel at all! For the price there wasn't a single thing to complain about.

Spa area , dinner , enough places to relax in the hotel itself and sit with friends (bowling, bar, shooting range, just recreation areas)

There wasn't any coffee or tea in the room and hot water to prepare something to warm up. The electrical sockets were not enough and the placement wasn't comfortable. There is practically no ventilation in the toilet and bathroom. There is no wi-fi on the floors of the hotel itself. A bottle water from hotel it could have been nice.

Breakfast is OK, i like it being included. It was the same every day so if you stay for more than 3 days, it will get old really quick. Overall not bad.

This facility appers to be abandoned by its owners. Its just rotting away with minimal effort to invest in it. Just fix what is seriously broken but milk it until it falls apart. It is sad to see such an amazing place slowly decaying.

I can say that the hotel is very good close to gondola 2 min walk and also close to the second ski area Martinovi Baraki 2-3min walk and have hot storage for ski equipment. I have a great room with a balcony with a wanderfull view on ski slopes. After long ski day you can relax in the thermal spa center and swim and relax in a 25-meter pool. Check-in time was a problem for me it was 3 evening. I came early in the morning, and personal was very kind and give me temp locker room for my bags and parking for my car and I go to ski and Chek in after ski. Thanks to the girl from reception.

The food was very similar every day. I can not say that food is bad, but there aren't many choices. Before this hotel, I went to a hotel with 2 stars in the same area, and the food was many, many better than here.

Located close to the gondola and a short walk from everything. Nice pool and thermal spa. Fresh towels every day. Large breakfast buffet selection.

Great value for money, nothing that would make me not want to return it’s just a dated hotel - all the negative trip advisor reviews didn’t put us off. Yes the bedding is a bit shabby but it was clean

Location is the best,breakfast and dinner,pool and warm room is very good,my room have a bautiful veaw,staff is kind,hotel was full,but there is guiet and have lots off animation for everyone

The location is excellent. The hotel is warm and has pretty much everything needed. I’ve stayed here 6 or 7 times now. The beds are comfortable. It’s very good value. There’s a good selection for breakfast, but I always go out to eat in the evenings.

No kettle in the room.
