Breakfast was standard, but excellent. The location is not too far from the centre; you can enjoy a 10- to 15-minute walk before skiing. The staff is very polite and helpful, with a positive attitude. The room's size was impressive. The hotel takes care of you; before booking, we specified that we wanted to be on the third floor and that the room view was crucial to us. When we arrived, the staff kept all of our favours. As a compliment, the hotel provided a bottle of champagne, a bottle of water, and some fruits. During our travels, it is critical that the hotel provide you with a parking area that will ensure the safety of your vehicle.

The only item that needs to be renovated is the bed. It feels a little old and noisy with every movement you make.

We got a free upgrade to a very large room. The food for breakfast and dinner was great, although a little salty for my taste. But I've never tasted better tomatoes in winter. Kudos to the owner for finding a great supplier. The complimentary shuttle was a great touch as the hotel is 1 km away from the center.

The room and the hotel were crazy hot. We had to turn off the heating and even sleep with the door open. The food was a bit salty, but not too bad.

Great location for skiing. It was a few minutes walk from the slopes but they also offered a regular shuttle service which was great. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was a little limited but did the job. The rooms felt a little more dated than we expected but they were comfortable all the same. Only downside was I had hoped to use the gym but it opens at what I didn't think we're practical time 11am - 8pm. Essentially unavailable in the morning which is prime gym utilisation time and not open long enough for people who have been out most of the day. As such, I never got to see the gym

Big and clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff.

Friendly staff , had a few problems with the studio but soon sorted them out. Breakfast was tasty and a good selection, dinner had something different each night. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Nice to have a shuttle bus to take you to the slopes.

The carpet needs changing, it was old and worn, not very clean, also the studio what we requested on the booking was nothing like the one we stayed in different room altogether. Also no table and chairs on the balcony.

If you're here for skiing, it's perfect! Very good breakfast and dinner, with plenty of selections and a central grill for omelettes or meats. Being far from town, where everywhere you need to pay for parking, the free shuttle bus provided is great for commuting. Storage room for ski equipment also available. Free parking another great addition. The rooms are very big, plenty of space especially when you have winter clothes and stuff. Heating is like they haven't heard about energy crisis... :)

If you are here for the skiing, than all the good points above are valid. But it could just be a greater place if the rooms would be updated. The lighting system is poor, the furniture and the floor carpet and the window shades are just so cheap. Still, is all functional and clean, but it's so different compared with the breakfast/dinner service which is really good.

- room was large and clean, with balcony - bathroom clean, hot water with excellent water pressure - staff was nice, always willing to help - Good breakfast and dinner, nice food diversity and very nice hot station where eggs, pancakes and meat was prepared on the spot - vrey good parking, with the possibility to park underground for a tax - shuttle transfer to the slope and a place to deposit your equipment - similar to a 5 stars hotel in Bansko

- location is not in the city center (you have a 500m walk to get there), but the advantage is that you can sleep better - towels need some replacement as there are a little bit old and not very qualitative - we had no glasses into the room, but this is fixable (you can ask to the reception or bar) - some lights didn't worked in our room
