You cannot beat this hotel for convenience. Right on the piste and a few metres from one of the main lifts. Go out the back, turn right, and the ski hire/locker room is right next door. Couldn't be better. Food was basic but plentiful and good; would have liked an option for porridge at breakfast but that's me being picky. Car park was small in size but free for use which was great. They have a small gym, sauna, and pool in the basement which were also a lovely bonus.

It seems petty but we were charged for tea bags that they supplied to the room at the end of the stay. Really? Coffee I can understand - but teabags??

I went there for skiing with my 20-year-old daughter, and the location was perfect. The hotel is right in front of the fast six-seater lift—couldn't be better.

The breakfast was poor and of low quality. The bed was uncomfortable. Dinner was included in our booking, but we only used it on the first night because it was also poor and of low quality. They didn’t allow us to store our rented skis in the hotel, stating that ski storage was only permitted for rentals from the store located in the same building. Honestly, if we had known this in advance, we would have rented our skis from that store, but no one informed us about it upon our arrival.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right opposite the 6 man lift. We hired boots and skis from the hotel and it was best decision we made. Didn’t have to lug equipment. Literally ski to door.

Rooms spotlessly clean with great views of the Rila slopes. Rooms had kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and very reasonably priced mini bar. Breakfast was very tasty and always seating, no matter what time you arrived. Service at reception was second to non, always greeted with smiles and very helpful. Bar staff … wow. The hotel is located at bottom of slope and the outside bar gets extremely busy, but the staff at exceptional. Literally running to get drinks and food. Perfect hotel and only hotel I would stay at should I return to Borovets.

The location of the hotel is great, perfect for ski in and out! The quality of half board food was decent

1. It is located near to a really busy road with bars. Thus, it is really noisy during the night 2. Careful! It is indicated that parking is provided! IT IS NOT ! We have been advised to park outside of the hotel and when we checked out, the police was waiting for us! We got a fine of 90bgn (46 €) even we had asked the receptionist and she ensured us that we can park there. I would advise to the hotel management that if there is limited parking in the hotel area, it should be indicated to the description. Finally, we asked the hotel to explain to us why we should pay for parking when it is included but we didn’t get an answer and they reject our request.

The parking area is next to the hotel. Very descent buffet breakfast and dinner. There’s an all day restaurant and drinks area with large windows facing the skiers and the beautiful mountains. Walkable distance to the center of Borovets. The room was spotless clean so was the bathroom!!! There is a mini bar and a coffee kettle in the room. I had a very relaxing massage and there is a sauna and a steam bath available. Very polite personnel at the restaurant!

The indoor swimming pool is barely large as a jacuzzi nothing to do with a pool. I would have liked a smile from the woman receptionist she was always very serious and it was a bit frightening..

The hotel was perfectly located. We went for a mountain biking holiday and during the summer months the hotel is very quiet so you get a personalised experience. They allowed us to lock our mountain bikes away safely overnight, use the spa at the end of a day of riding and at breakfast when the hotel was quite well could order what we needed. The staff were very friendly and always welcomed us with a happy face and were always available for a chat.

We ate dinner one day in the hotel and the meals felt a bit basic. While it was cheap, we had to order vegetables as an extra for each meal. This might be a Bulgaria thing though.

I would highly recommend this hotel to those with kids and family who want to literally ski out the back door to the ski lift. Great snow and runs for all. Svetlio the manager was amazing and so kind, as well as Svetlin the ski shop manager who is very helpful and kind with ensuring you get all the proper equipment for skiing or snow boarding. The restaurant and bar service was great and so accomodating, including Tzveti who makes great coffee early in the morning. It was like staying in the comfort of your own home with family, but had all the necessary hotel accomodations you would need while away from home. Great hot showers, comfortable bed and sofa chairs, great wifi, clean and great snack bar outside the backside of hotel for breaks throughout the day during ski time. The Borovets village is right out the front door with many unique shops, and lively restaurants, bars and very walkable. And it's only a short hour or so drive from Sofia airport. Amazing trip all the way around.

We had a stunning view of the trails, the hotel was literally right on top of the trails. A beautiful terrace and restaurant.

The size of the spa center is TO SMAL. I think they should take care of clearing the snow from the parking lot, as well as the access to it. It would literally take 2 hours of work, and the guests' satisfaction would be enormous.

Like - the location just next to the slope Dislikes - we had nothing in the room...the coffee and tea were not free in the room...nothing...from an very expensive hotel...quite a shame. Free coffee should be a must. The waiter quite impolite...refused to reserve a big table for our group for the dinner...we were 12. The noise each night from the machines that were working on the slopes to arrange the snow...well quite disturbing for some of us

The hotel is very nice and goes right into the main ski area and lifts. Has a nice restaurant and friendly hotel staff. The suana was nice to have after skiing. Rooms are clean.

Parking is small but did the job, we were able to park fine but have to move the car at check out. Sauna was open but not the turkish bath, and there were no extra towels for sauna. We used the same ones from our room.
