Some might argue the appliances and furniture and general looks are a bit unmaintained, but I beg to differ - for the price it is more than great!! The staff was the kindest (and I did inquiry for loads of stuff - wifi, parking, early checkin if possible, every time they were super kind)

Breakfast was way better than I expected. Totally worth it. Very spacious room and a lot of amenities.

Great apartment for our family. Clean, well equipped, regularly was given new loo rolls. For the price we couldn't ask for anything more. Walk up to main lifts was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little bar with a good hot chocolate and prices about half that of rest of Borovets!

The pool had no water which was disappointing.... We were at end of ski season so maybe that's why....

Some kitchen equipment is a bit outdated

The staff were caring and made sure check-in was arranged even after midnight. The studio was well equipped with cutlery and a microwave, warm, and had a terrace with a nice view. The location was ideal for me as it was a 6-minute walk to Smokov Hotel where I attended an event. The lift is another 5 minutes away. Parking right in front of Park Villa was possible, but I assume it gets very busy in peak season. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations and is a great value for money!

Helpful staff and pool table was nice. Quick and easy checking we allowance to make last minute changes. Communication before the trip was excellent too.

Ideally would have liked a bedroom rather than both beds in the living area. Probably me been lazy but the walk up the hill was tiresome too haha.

Good value for the price especially in the summer time! Comfortable mattress, very quiet. Simple kitchenette, good bathroom, nice park view from the terrace. Small shop across the street, parking available (during the summer), very near the village.

Towels weren't convincingly clear

Most of the description was accurate as well as the pictures. However, we were surprised by how spacious the apartment was. The price was unbeatable at this time of the year and there is even a free parking space when available. It is less than 10 minutes away from the most lively street of the resort.

The hotel is excellent value for money with a few hiccups. The staff were amazing and friendly and always super helpful. Cannot knock the staff at all. They helped organise getting a passport from the hotel to the airport within 2 hours. Amazing staff that I cannot thank enough

The issue we had in our room was it was super dated, with a really old TV and stiff old uncomfortable mattress that was made with bedsheets that were 6 inches too short either end so you slept on the bare mattress. With some updating the room and hotel would be 10/10. The other room we booked was excellent with Netflix TV and a brand new mattress. So one good room and one outdated room.

Staff were very helpful going the extra mile. Easy 5 mins walk to main gondola and 8 minuites to lower slopes. Big room lots of hot water comfy beds and good food and good value for money. Just outside main town so quiet with supermarket opposite.

Everything was clean and comfortable, they send us the breakfast every day in the morning very nice.

You need to contact them on booking every time you need something. But they always answer. They do not give you breakfast options. Think they have more options
