Excellent location, very helpful receptionists and friendly porter. The hotel was lovely and warm. Everything was very clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas. The cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant / bar / breakfast area has a lovely cosy feel and a lovely fireplace. Lovely food too. Good view of the slopes. Great to have a ski school /rental service in the hotel too. All very efficient and easy to use and easy access to the slopes.

One waitress in the restaurant was a bit rude, but maybe it was a language barrier thing ? We asked her a few questions during our stay (eg can you drink the tap water in Bulgaria ?) and each time we were met with the same disinterested shrug, solemn face and the answer “I don’t know!” But all the other staff were absolutely lovely.

Great location given the proximity to the slopes. Ski rental onsite and very well priced. Lovely boutique hotel with extremely comfortable rooms. A nice selection of freshly cooked breakfasts as well as the usual non cooked breakfast items available. The staff were all so friendly and attentive, especially Slovache the bell boy and Boris the ski hire man!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The size of the chalet was great lots of space for a family of 4, the beds were comfortable and it had a veranda which was great for putting your ski boots on. The little sauna in the bathroom was very relaxing after a day of skiing.

Breakfast was good but basic. Some more fruit options would be good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, literally upon stepping out of the transfer. The chalet was spacious and clean, with plenty of space for ski equipment. The location was fantastic for both the slopes and the central area. Breakfast was always tasty and good quality.

Perfect location. Really comfortable. Svlache is what really makes this hotel the best place to stay. This is our second time at this hotel this winter and we only returned because of him. Also the lovely lady on reception.

The place is very clean and the breakfast is great. The house we hired had one room and living room + sauna + 1 bathroom + a small sitting area outside The place is very close to city center, restorants and some attractions (like hourse rinding), has parking , and located below the ski slopes. Has a really nice view on the mountin. The stuff is really nice, especially Slavche who was helping and advicing us during the hole stay. A very nice and comfy atmosphere!

We couldn't use the Sauna in our house - because the management said that they don't turn on the sauna when it is more than 20 degrees temrature outside. Though at night time - it could be great. The house was a bit small, but not a big problem as most of the time we were outside hiking

Basic but clean. Good water pressure in the shower.

Breakfast doesn’t start until 8.15am and the lifts open at 8.30am. If you are looking to catch the first lifts then you will need to skip breakfast or arrive early for breakfast. 7.45am would make a big difference

The staff are friendly and always helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the location is very good, it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced.

1) it is located near the main lifts in the sitnyakovo ski center. 2) superb breakfast with many delicious options 3) wonderful view from the room's balcony 4) parking availability 4) the staff take care of our car and clean it everyday to avoid being frozen due to the heavy snowing conditions 🙏
