I've stayed at COTA1100 before, so I knew what to expect - the rooms are lovely, the food is great, the scenery is beautiful, and the staff is polite, but unobtrusive. This time, however, they even exceeded my expectations. By chance, there was a private event happening at the hotel, we were the only other guests outside the private group, and the team went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for, despite that. They were extremely attentive, making sure we get some quality rest and the private event did not affect our stay in any way - they saved a table especially for us at the restaurant, our room was as far away from the common areas as possible to avoid any noise, and they even offered us a late checkout, in case we were bothered in any way and needed more rest - which we did not, because everything was perfect. Highly recommended because of their level of service and attentiveness!

The hotel is amazing, everything there is making your stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious, interior very modern, we had 2 balconies and a complimentary gift - socks! The staff is more than welcoming. The ski wardrobe and a shuttle to Borovets is a big plus. Spa centre also deserves high rating. The breakfast is delicious and you can’t stay hungry neither for breakfast nor for dinner.

The heating in the bathroom was not working so i felt cold while taking a shower. Not sure what the problem was but we informed the reception on the issue.

We arrived Friday evening for a weekend stay. There is a continent parking next to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed at reception and presented to our quiet, spacious and comfy room. There was a complimentary coffee corner, modern bathroom, couch, very comfy bed and a terrace with chairs to relax on. We went for a dinner at the restaurant which is the highlight of this place - well decorated, nice tables. Everything we tried was supper delicious served and presented very classy. You can't find a better restaurant in the area (Samokov and Borovets included). The breakfast was also exceptional - continental style with quality over quantity of offerings. The staff in both restaurant and reception was helpful and smiling. Thanks once again for making our stay so pleasent.

Very clean and nice room with comfortable beds, you can see the attention to the detail, really friendly staff. Complimentary water and coffee capsules in the room highly appreciated. The food in the restaurant for dinner was very good, nice breakfast with quality food.

Really small details - there were only white bread rolls for breakfast, no other bread choices. The young lady at dinner is not very trained how a bottle of wine is served - she did not waited the wine to be tasted and also poured the glasses of three is us so much, so the fourth person remained without wine. But that are minor things, generally all staff is very helpful and nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Cota 1110 Hotel. The style and decoration of the whole hotel and the rooms is very nice with mountain accents. The service was good. We had dinner at the restaurant of the hotel. The food was delicious and with normal prices for a good restaurant. The breakfast was very good - more attention on quality products than on variety, which we really liked.

The SPA area is separated into 2 areas. It is rather small. There is no relax room to sit / lay down after the sauna.

The hotel is new, modern and studio rooms are spacious enough for a family.There is an espresso machine in the room.The bed is very comfortable.Breakfast is good with enough choices to everyone.The staff is polite and behaves professionally.There is a near by eco trail.

Our main complaint is about the food in restaurant - maybe we've made the wrong choices... The "Winter salad" was tasteless and had the feeling it had been prepared a long time ago. "Gulash" is not what I expected - on the bottom creamy mashed potatoes covered with meat that had the feeling that was heated in a microwave. The meat was dry, no sauce at all in the whole dish.

The hotel is new and cozy, there are a lot of small details which will make your stay comfortable and the design is lovable. There is a kettle and capsule coffee machine in the room with complinentary supplies. The staff is extremely friendly, we felt care all the time. I personally loved djakuzi and my friend used fitness every morning. Food in the restaurant is delicious. As for co-working, there is a lot of space and the internet wasn't bad (enough for video calls and live streams).

Restaurant prices are a bit expensive. But after all, it is worth it.

10/10 Located is perfect, the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everything that we tried from the restaurant was delicious and also the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Perfect if you are working remotely. There is a space with plugs where you can work from and enjoy your time.

Great location - quiet, yet close to Borovets and the very pleasant Beli Iskar walking path. The hotel is modern, well-kept and with very nice design. Cozy and very clean room. Access to small sauna and steam bath. Restaurant with nice food and reasonable prices.

New hotel, mountain vibe, nice interior. The room is big, modern, clean. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. It is 15 minutes away from Borovec by car, but the way there is romantic, through the forest. The staff in the restaurant is friendly, breakfast is nice.

The receptionist girl is without smile and kindness.
