The location was ok. Double rooms were smaller than I expected but the hotel was raised before 1989, so that was the standard in that period. The suite was very nice, with a large living room and fireplace. Excellent for families with kids. The position of the hotel is very good, situated quite on the slope of Yastrebets 3. The amenities were very good, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. They have a children's playroom with a lot of toys and music. The restaurant is cozy and has a wonderful view of the slope. The food was good, Chef Todorov is at the same level as two years ago. On the terrace, you can have food and beverages. Quite very good!

Breakfast could be improved. I found one day a ham with a not very good taste, sausages seemed to be reused and bananas were oxidized in a couple of days.

The personal very friendly and client oriented. The spa area is very cosy. Breakfast was very good with perfect strong black coffe and fresh pancakes. Location perfect for medium to pro skiers, due to the direct access to a red slope.

The swimming pool was too busy during 17.00-19.00 with teenagers that were playing all around, without any responsible person to calm them. The shower before entering the swimming pool was the exception - not the rule :)

The room was clean and offered a lovely view of the forest, which added to the serene ambiance. The facilities were superb, catering to all my needs and providing a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Nestled in the forest, the location is perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to unwind in nature.

In order to play tennis you need to pay extra 30lv. Also the bikes provided are old and not easy to drive. The water in the pool was not that clean.

We had a wonderful stay! We stayed in a House 1, that was fully equipped with everything we needed. The room was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. Room service was excellent, and the breakfast was diverse and delicious. We highly recommend dining at the hotel’s restaurant – the atmosphere was great, and the food was amazing. The spa staff were kind and professional. Thank you to everyone! We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends.

It’s in the middle of the forest, and there are trails and some attractions in the forest which the hotel created. The wooden cabin are super nice and close to the main building. The spa, gym and pool are amazing.

The cabin was beautiful, just a bit tight for a family with 2 children. The game room is a bit neglected and could easily become a much nicer place to play in.

We love everything about this place! Awesome location and incredible nature! Every member we've met from the staff was beyond polite and welcoming! Always with a smile on their faces, going above and beyond to fulfil every our wish! Our dog was warmly welcomed, too! He found many doggy friends amongst other guests and he really enjoyed the stay as well! The Finnish Cottage was exceptional, it was perfectly cleaned, had everything we needed, and we loved the built-in sauna! We are so grateful to have chosen to stay in Yastrebets and we are really looking forward to coming back again soon! THANK YOU!

Nothing! Just nothing, everything was perfect!

We had a great stay! The hotel is situated in a beautiful quiet place outside of Borovets Ski Resort. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our room was overlooking a majestic pine forest and had a really nice balcony. Breakfast was great with lots of options. We loved the restaurant - everything from the amazing food to the staff who were professional beyond expectation! The ladies at the reception were really kind as well! The SPA area was nice. The herbal sauna was very pleasant. We loved the bar area with the amazing fireplace!

It was really cold in the restaurant both during dinner and during breakfast. The staff explained that there is an issue with the installation because of the high altitude. I hope it gets fixed before the winter season officially starts. The bathroom was a bit small and the floor was constantly getting wet even though we closed the shower cabin when we used it. Overall some of the rooms need a bit of renovation.

The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.

The breakfast starts at 9 am which is too late but I guess because it’s low season and no tourists in May maybe that’s why. However, this hotel is much better option than others hotels I was looking

Very nice room (we a had a studio, with a living area, a bedroom and a small dressing), excellent breakfast, very nice spa. The hotel is located practically in the forest, the air is very clean, it's quiet and really relaxing. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the different sauna that are available in the spa area. The staff is very well trained and the restaurant has a very good chef. The prices in the restaurant are pretty high, but it's normal, as the quality of the food and the service are very good. Overall we had a great experience.

The cozy ambience and traditional Finnish design created an inviting and peaceful retreat. Although it was quite cold outside the chalet was really warm, so much so that we slept with our windows open and we were still quite warm. The scenic surroundings, coupled with excellent amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. The breakfast was very good and had nice variety. The staff was very polite and always available if we need something.
