The reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My shower drain was clogged and they had it fixed the next morning. The facility is beautiful and clean. The one problem was the staff running the hot tubs. They made the water soooo hot that you could cook a chicken in it so no one was able to use the hot tubs for hours. The kitchenette was good because we prefer home cooked meals but there was one bowl, 4 tiny plates, 1 knife, 4 forks and 4 spoons. If you plan on cooking you need to bring everything from pots and pans, oil, spices and cooking utensils. Overall though, the place was great and we will return.

Staff running hot tubs made them impossibly hot so you couldn't use them for hours until they cooled down enough you didn't get burned by the water.

The house is in a good condition. The house is small but still good enough for a small family. Sauna is anice addition to the amenities, especially after a day at slopes. The heating does its jib, it was warm but we still used additional blankets which were available in the drawers. As a tip: 1) Make sure to bring essentials like tea, salt, sugar, oil with u, as well as products if you're planning to cook. 2)The transfer is at 9am to the ski zone and at 4pm back. If you're not an early bird - u have to go by car and pay for parking closer to the slopes (4-8 euros depending on time and parking location). Overall, nice and quite getaway, in the firset area with a country-lije spirit.

Hot tubs and sauna amazing . Well maintained and the fire to keep them warm is kept going all day by a staff member. Rooms very cosy. 5 minute cab ride to the slopes 20 lev the receptionist gives you the number . Don’t wait more than 10 minutes for a cab to arrive. Restaurant food was decent and plenty of drink options for a very reasonable price. Would 100% stay again.

If I’m being picky only slight issue is the WiFi. It’s pretty bad but your in the woods near the mountains and in Bulgaria so can’t be expecting the worlds fastest internet 🤣.

Amazing surroundings, beautiful forest cabins, nice pool and wood heated sauna and jacuzzi, trampoline for the kids. Nice breakfast at the restaurant. Cabins are great, note that the stairs in the cabin are narrow and not the safest for elderly or small children. Every window has an amazing forest view! Really a special place!

Our first cabin didn't have a working stove top so we switched to a different cabin which was fine. Noise at night from neighbors but that's not the property's fault.

The villas and the jacuzzis were great. It's very peaceful and you can't really hear your neighbours at night.

The reception staff were a bit off putting. They had a soviet teacher vibe to them. There were only 2 bathrobes per villa for 4 people. When we asked for extra robes or towels, the reception staff were very reluctant to give us any. We got towels, but they got mad if we didn't return them the same day. Honestly, this whole petty towel situation was very odd. A nice addition to the villa park would be a ski room.

We were a large group of 64 people and the villas were perfect for us. They are clean and comfortable and housekeeping keep the place very tidy. We enjoyed the hot tubs and sauna immensely and the lady who works in reception is lovely. Check in and check out both very easy.

Forgot a pair of AirPods in one of the chalets. Have called and messaged multiple times to try to get them back but not gotten any response. Hoping this will be resolved soon. Also, we found that the timing of the shuttle bus is a little inconvenient, and sometimes it does not run at all.

The restaurant staff were very sweet and accommodating, as well as the support staff such as the guards and cleaning staff. We felt welcomed. The place is cozy and well kept, and at a perfect distance from everything around (mountain, ski lifts etc). We enjoyed also the hot tub and sauna, which we didn't expect! When we broke a water glass near the tub the staff were very understanding and helpful. Very warm and well heated for the winter months too. Thanks!

In our villa, Malina 12, our shower cabin door was not there (maybe broken from before?) so it would get quite watery around when we showered.

The cabins are super cute and cozy, great for couples, small families, and friend groups. The cabins are tight and have a definite mountain/ camping vibe, although they're perfectly warm and comfortable. Cozy is the keyword. The food in the restaurant was good, the service was friendly and I love that the whole place is animal-friendly.

It would be absolutely amazing if the jacuzzi were undercover - it's quite unpleasant having to track from your cabin/ be outside in the cold.

Relatively refurbished and with good equipment. Great views and peace and quiet. Enough space for four people. Warm.

Difficult to navigate heating system (over or under heating). Internet completely non functional. Very difficult to get to borovec in winter due to lack of taxis and roads being snowy

At the time of check-in we have been told that because just a couple of villas are occupied, the restaurant is closing early. Also i did not like that you have to book 1 hour spa centre so we could use it. The sauna was not hit enough usually around 70 C, 1 day was barely 65
