Nice hotel, Clean and spacious. Staff very helpful and pleasant. My husband ended up on crutches. Staff cleared the icy paths and the twice we reported the lift not working, it was repaired very quickly. Reception and housekeeping staff very helpful. Restaurant staff looked after my GF needs exceptionally well, thank you. Need to warm dinner plates! Most buffet food was only just warm and plates were always cold. Out of the 3 buffets we had, one was very good. The one a-la-cart dinner we had was a disaster but they did reduce the cost. Regular, reliable mini bus but, with children I think it would be easier to stay in resort. Spa and swimming pool very good. New cues badly needed for the one pool table. Good children's room. Evening barman is excellent - wonderful cocktails!

The hotel is located in an amazing spot, surrounded by trees . The facilities are kept in an excellent form and it’s an ideal choice for relaxation after skiing all day . The breakfast buffet has various choices for everyone to taste and the dinner we’ve enjoyed was yummy! The most important in my opinion was the kindness and the willingness to help from the staff. Special mention to Anthimos and Stamatia , so kind and thoughtful 🫶 but don’t forget also Dimitris , they all helped us so much with a car issue we faced . Last , but not least Yulie at the reception desk. To resume, it’s an ideal accommodation choice when visiting Borovets.

Paying extra for the spa didn't make sense, we paid for what, somebody to hand us towels? There was no water within the spa had to get out at spa reception for it, no soap at the spa showers and the men's hair drier hose was leaking rendering it useless. The hotel cleaning staff did not speak English, we tried to ask them to come in half an hour after we left to change our towels and stuff but never did

The apartment is nice, big, clean and the cleaning ladies came everyday. The breakfast offers a wide variety of foods. The buffet dinner (not included) was not always that varied but overall ok and worth the money. The water in the large pool (the free one) is warm and it wasn't too crowded. The location is nice, far from the center (about 3 km) and in the forest, which is nice for walks in the nature. We traveled with our dog, a beagle, and he was welcomed. Families with dogs are accommodated only on the ground floor so this has to be informed in advance.

The shuttle for the ski lift has a schedule but it is not respected. We used it in the first day but in the morning it was 10 minutes late (it runs every 30 minutes) and in the afternoon we waited more than 40 minutes and in the end we gave up and grabbed a taxi - which was another disappointment as it charged us 20 leva for 3 km / 5-7 minutes (the taxi driver didn't use the taximeter, he just took advantage of us being foreigners and overcharged us). So for the rest of the days we had to use the car to drive to the ski lift. The parking for the ski lift is 12 leva for the day.

Our 3rd visit here and it keeps getting better. Lovely hotel set in the peaceful forest but less than 10 mins into borovets centre by the free shuttle (or 20 lev taxi, 30 lev for 6/7 people). Love the new pool area and restaurant, as well as the games room for kids with toys and films on each night. Really nice touch. Changing rooms are available as this building is separate to the rooms/ main building. Room was spacious with a good shower. Getting a little tired but all very clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice from fruit and yoghurt to hot english breakfast options. Juice and coffee available which was also decent. Staff were all friendly, any reviews saying otherwise likely don't bother to try and speak their language. Their culture is also a little more straight faced than the UK but all very pleasant if you are also pleasant to them! Sauna area is now a separate paid option but at 30 lev per day I think its a reasonable cost as everything else included is such good value they need to make a little extra in other places.

Could do with more hooks on the door/ bathroom door as well as more hangers. We only had 5 which isn't enough really when drying ski stuff too.

Rooms were big, everything was clean. Breakfast and dinner was good. Underground parking was very useful. Kids loved playing outside in the snow and also in the gaming room.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shuttle driver wasn't very friendly, we asked him to move the car closer to the entrance and he refused; we were 3 families with children and we wanted to put the ski equipment in the back of the car (11 ski pairs and poles). They didn't have any electric chargers, but in the parking lot were a lot of 220V sockets, and they didn't let us use it.

The serene ambiance, soothing music, and aromatic scents created a serene atmosphere that instantly transported me to a state of calm. The sauna and steam room were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The pool area was beautifully designed and provided a tranquil oasis for relaxation. I also appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout the spa and the hotel in general. Now, let's talk about the breakfast. It was a true culinary delight. The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and catered to all tastes and preferences. Beyond the massages, spa, and breakfast, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and elegance. The rooms were spacious, in an beautiful location.The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable, always ready to assist with any request or inquiry. I cannot wait to return and indulge in the hotel's offerings once again.

Our one-night stay at Euphoria Resort in Borovets was a dream come true. The warmth of the welcome at check-in set the tone for a truly magical experience. Our room was a luxurious haven, with breathtaking mountain views and exceptional amenities, providing the perfect cozy retreat. The highlight of our stay was the spa treatment. The spa offered a serene and intimate atmosphere, making it the ideal place to unwind and relax. The treatments were heavenly, leaving us rejuvenated and ready to explore. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a culinary delight, featuring exquisite local dishes in a romantic setting. The hotel’s prime location also allowed us to enjoy both the tranquility of the resort and the excitement of winter activities nearby.

There is a small issue with the approaching road, 2-3 bumps that require driver's attention, 500m before reaching the property, but it should be on municipality duty to fix it.

When I reserved via booking.com, there was info that spa facilities were included in the room price, but onsite they were not. They ask for an additional charge to use spa facilities (small pool, sauna, steam bath), explaining that the use of the new pool is included in the price.

We have visited this hotel many times in the past. We like the size of the rooms and the decoration. The spa till last year was free (included in the price) but now you have to pay extra which is not pleasant for the customer. Not that the cost is high but not nice.

No ski bus transport for night skiing. Extra cost for spa for adults.
