We travelled in summer and it was incredibly cheap for the standard of accommodation. The location is perfect for hiking from. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of good quality fresh food, from cereal to hot breakfast and also fresh fruit. There are so many types of sauna, steam rooms and other spa facilities including two spa pools, with slippers and lovely bath robes supplied and fresh towels for use in the spa facilities. I spent one day just relaxing while my partner did a hike. Everything was very well maintained. The staff speak some English, and are very helpful. We speak no Bulgarian so they already are a step above us!!! The staff were able to assist with some info on walks but I would advise finding your own info in advance. Bed was super comfortable, room and bathrooms are spacious, there is a kettle with range of tea bags and coffee supplied and a fridge. We found both very helpful! The views from the restaurant balcony are superb. If possible stay here and not the hotel next door.

The food in the restaurant was hit and miss, sometimes cold when it arrived. Not the hotel’s issue but there is almost zero info available locally on hikes and the tracks themselves are not always well marked. A page of the walks in English and length would be so helpful.

The view from the room is amazing due to the strategic location of the hotel. The rooms are very spacious sunny and the bed is very comfortable. The staff was kind. The hotel restaurant is the best in the area. Every dish was masterfully prepared and very tasty. The slope is directly in front of the hotel. And also very well maintained. Machines were working all night to ensure pleasant experience for the customers during the day.

The room heating was too strong to the point it was way too hot to be able to sleep.

The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. Travel time from Sofia is less than 90 min and it's great that there is onsite parking. The temperature in the hotel and the room was perfect to get warm and feel cozy. The food was delicious.

It's only a recommendation, not negative feedback - the seating places in the restaurant were not very good distributed and for breakfast it's needed to wait or sit with other unknown people.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, both front desk and restaurant. Perfect location for Malyovitsa Peak trek. The room was spacious and comfortable. At breakfast, there was decent variety.

There was no Internet connection for most of the time. The drink menu didn't particularly offer any healthy options.

Location was excellent. Room was big(apartment). Relax center was very nice. Seceral saunas, steem rooms, a salt room, two jacuzzis. Reception staff was helpful and friendly.

Restaurant staff was slow and didn't pay much attention to the guests. Lot of waiting to be served.

The breakfast is quite underwhelming considering the price of the hotel - poor quality and not much choice. The included coffee is terrible so you are forced to spend money on a better one from the bar. The rooms also need some improvement in the details - there were no hooks to hang the provided bath robes, there were stains on the carpet and there were barely any toiletries in the shower.

The sauna and jacuzzi was amazing! They don't advertise the wellness centre as well as they should. There are 6+ saunas in this place! Breakfast was great too

Location isn't great if you want to hike Rila Lakes, quite far away but it is close to another nice hike around the araa

Perfect location, good for skiing and hiking. Spacious room, newly renovated, clean and warm. Friendly staff . Good breakfast (if you don`t go after 9:30 AM, when only few options left).

The biggest surprise was that a ski hotel is completely missing a sky storage room. There is no space to keep your ski equipment, not even to change your shoes. So you keep your ski in the car, have to change on a bench outside the hotel (luckily the weather was warm), take your shoes and leave them in the car (what if you don`t have a car?). As some common areas are still under construction, I really hope a solution will be found.

Location is perfect for hiking; spa facilities are really nice (even though we were there is high season some steam baths and saunas were closed so it got really busy in the afternoon); view from the restaurant is amazing. Rooms are spacious, make sure you bring toiletries as the ones on site are really basic.

We got a room with very small windows and no view. Most rooms have a view of the mountain and the majestic Malyovitsa peak.

Breakfast is really nice. It is served from 8-10am but there are no refills after 9:30 and by 10 everything is collected from the buffet tables. So if you don't come early to breakfast you get almost nothing. Quite disappointing. Spa area is nice except 2 steam rooms smelled like mold.
