Except one thing everything was fine.Breakfast was good. Staff was polite.

The guest was given a form where name, date and signature must be filled in, but the form itself is in English and although the card data is not filled in, it is there as a field, which is confusing and misleading. The document has not been translated into the official local language. In addition, when the payer is not a guest on the reservation, the guest has no right to fill out any documents on his behalf and with his data, even less related to payment and in a language she/he does not understand!

Amazing value, a very decent hotel given the country and location. Decent rooms with A/C, large bathroom, low but comfy beds, fridge a welcome bonus. Pleasant decor and environment, decent choice for breakfast from a set menu. Don't expect a traditional full English though from the choice! Lovely staff, particularly in the morning and breakfast service. Ample parking immediately opposite.

Given the cost, not a lot really, it was a comfortable night's stay. No lift.

in one of the rooms you have to choose if you want the AC on, the lamp or charge your phone by the bed - lack of outlets. the glass door in bathroom that doesn’t even lock and has spaces so you can literally hear everything happening in toilet even if you don’t want to

The hotel is quite comfortable and the room we have stayed was big and very well decorated. Ac was working. It was clean.

The hotel is with good location, parking, the stuff are very friendly! Rooms are super clean , the food in the restaurant is good

Very friendly staff and very good quality hotel. Street parking, but no difficulty. A very good overnight option if travelling through Bulgaria on the motorway.

The hotel is generally good, but we were bitten by some black insects. The room has not been disinfected for a long time.
