Everything :) The owner of the property was super kind, the room was clean and well designed, it was comfortable and the location is excellent.

The girl who came to receive me, actually the daughter of the owner, didn't even say a "hello" to me. Super rude and arrogant, she was super bothered when I said: Hey, how are you? Then, again, not even one single word - just threw the key, opened the door and went to her apartment. The whole time she was talking something to her boyfriend and I even felt a bit uncomfortable. I have never had such a rude welcoming

The accommodation was very good and stylishly decorated. The location was handy. We were very impressed with the excellent guest service provided by Ivon who contacted us by phone before we arrived at the Plovdiv railway station. Ivon followed this up by actually coming to meet us, which was good because we were a little lost after leaving the station.

Nothing to not like.

Spacious, 10 minutes walk to the beautiful town park and an easy walk to the town's major attractions from there. Ivon was friendly and helpful especially when we lost our safe key. We thoughly enjoyed our stay.

Small points but hangers in the cupboard and more space to hang towels would be good.

Very cozy, well equipped and charming place. The owner is extremely kind and polite, doing everything you need for a great stay- early check in, late check out, everything! There is coffee machine, MW, big fridge, even cosmetics. The location is close to everything and in the same moment is quite, with own park spots, which is quite convenient. Highly recommend.

Great welcome, the host was very flexible. Parking behind the building was super convenient for us. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay there again. Right next to the train station and many shops, supermarket, a mall etc.

The location, the parking, the friendly staff, how spacious the flat was. Also its always a good idea to have coffee for your guests in the morning☺️and there was. Very nice spent time for us in this flat! Thank you!

The owner was very nice and welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible in whatever way he could, going beyond the call of duty in several respects. The unit is very conveniently located close to the train station which makes it really easy to travel by train.

Nothing. Only thing one could object is that there is Lots of roadwork around making it a bit more complex to navigate but that’s really a detail.

The staff was very responsive and helpful. The place was tidy, had bottled water, coffee and tea. It's near one of Plovdiv's hills and it's close to the center. Plenty of nice places to walk around.

The floor had some spots that weren't very clean and one of the coffee cups was stained, though I'd wash it anyway.
