The people on reception were very welcoming, friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable, and the room well supplies with essentials! The location was good - only a few minutes away from the start of locations for sight seeing. It is uphill!!!!

The staff in the restaurant were rather surly when we had breakfast. The portions put out on the breakfast buffet were very small - you felt a bit guilty taking any!!! Although a lovely hotel with a fascinating history, we thought it was rather expensive for what it was and the size of the room we were allocated.

The outdoor light shining through the window at night was terrible, the staff could not turn it off, and the shutters were not good enough to block out the light. If i am paying $150 per night, i expect to be able to sleep in darkness!

What made me book was primarily the location, and it didn't disappoint at all. The whole place was very clean and the staff is great. The food - great taste, quality and attention to detail. One of the best beds I've slept on - slept like a baby on a cloud (you know, if the baby was in their 30s and the cloud offered some back support).

I think this was my best accommodation ever I stayed during my business trips. Its a true gem !absolutely fantastic place,modern design,every little detail was just perfect! Starting from the high standard furniture and material,ending at the professional staff. Mot forget to mention about the local restaurant! Breakfast is not included but its worth to pay and have a freshly made just for me :)

It is a great hotel and the staff is polite.

The room I booked was supposed to be bigger, I was told it wasn’t available, the one I stayed in was rather small had a weird smell at first, and I was told I will receive some compliments, a policy of the hotel, but didn’t get any.

Excellent hotel, unique style and design, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, kind and educated staff. Will definitely return there in the neatest future. Moreover, the restaurant is a real gourmet gem. Not to be missed!

Nothing to be mentioned at all.

Incredible place in the very heart of Plovdiv. The hotel is even more amazing than it looks at the photos. High-end finish in all details. Classic vibe in a perfect blend with contemporary elements. We rented an apartment for two adults and a child. We had dinner at hotel’s restaurant Valere (reservation needed - at least for Saturday evening) where we were completely delighted with the meals and the service. Pricey, but you see what you pay for. Breakfast is a-la-carte with options like Eggs Benedict, omelette with truffle and variety of Italian cheese and salami. They were able to prepare out-of-menu meals for dinner and breakfast for our 4 y.o. picky eater. Available and free parking is a great benefit. Definitely recommend and will come again for sure!

We liked everything - the hotel looks impeccable, very stylish and tastefully made. Our room was very quiet and comfy for sleep, felt very private, cozy and had a nice hill view. The staff was attentive and friendly. We haven't tried their restaurant for dinner, but the breakfast was delicious. Welcome desserts in our room were a nice surprise on the arrival, and a coffee machine with a variety of nespresso capsules was quite handy. I personally appreciate the choice of nice toiletries. And the location is perfect, looked safe and quiet.

No complaints.

The in-house gym was great as was the fact that you could work out and watch football at the same time. The restaurant was great and their agnolotti sepia was one of the most unique dishes I've ever had. The hotel itself was half way up a tepe (hill) which means if you have mobility problems this isn't the hotel hotel for you.

Breakfast was a set menu not a buffet with a variety of options like other hotels.
