My mother and I stayed here and spent christmas with each other in this beautiful town and more importantly this amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfast was perfect and yummy in the cozy downstairs restaurant. Our room was just the right size and fit for us. Everything was clean, and, you could tell how well they take care of the property. The staff was kind and always happy to help. The location is exactly right, the hotel is inside the Old Town, and, in just a 5min walk in one direction, you're at the heart of the town were you'll find bars, restaurants and cute/cozy coffee shops. In the other direction you have museums, shops, antique stores and the most beatiful walk ever. We were so happy with this stay! I loved how happy this made my mother, we will definetly be recommending this place and hopefully get to visit it again soon!

The staff was very attentive. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfy beds and a good sized bathroom. The historical vibe was everywhere and done tastefully. Breakfast was excellent (except for the coffee, sorry), with plenty of choices and everything was fresh. The location is also great. Being in the old town, all must-see locations are within walking distance. And at the same time it's very close to the city center with plenty of great bars and restaurants. Parking could be available upon request, costs extra and they have limited spots.

There were no extra outlets in the rooms, just the ones for the bedside lamps. On the plus side those were not built in and we could unplug them to use the outlets. Still a bit of an inconvenience.

Charming hotel, situated in a 200 years old building, in the heart of Plovdiv's old city. The room was furnished and decorated in this old, classic style. Centrally located in the old town, so it is very convenient to stay in. Breakfast was good, and one can seat in a stylish dining room or in the garden.

Arriving with car to the old city is a bit tricky. You need to show printed reservation for an appropriate hotel. Since there is no parking near the hotel, the best practice is to unload the luggage in front of the hotel, and then park in a nearby street.

Beautiful Old Hotel, as advertised! Area around is Old City, with plenty of sights, things to do, and places to eat.

Getting to property is extremely confusing if your not familiar with the area, need gate access to get into the neighborhood with car. The streets are old stone, awesome for the scenery and experience but if you require assistance with mobility, wheelchair, stroller, etc, you will have a hard time getting around.

The room was significantly more spacious than expected and spotlessly clean. The location is absolutely perfect, right between the Kapana district and the old town of Plovdiv. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not luxurious but more than enough and good quality.

When we got to the room, it was uncommonly warm, as the AC was set to 30 degrees Celsius: there is no reason to keep an AC at such temperature at any time; all the while, the bathroom heating was turned off, making it extremely cold; also, the bathroom shower was extremely unpredictable, with either too much or too low pressure, and took some time to heat up.

A very warm welcome indeed. Historical and very clean and spacious.

The air conditioner could have been more powerful. The shower cap did not work as a cap - more like a bag with no elastication. The breakfast did not reflect the quality of the rest of the hotel. There could be fresh baked bread and good coffee but instead it was very average. Scrambled eggs looked tired. The restaurant in evening is fantastic, so it was surprising that the breakfast was not of equal quality.

This was a lovely hotel, in a fantastic location for the old town. Breakfast was lovely although there could of been a bigger selection

We loved everything except trying to find the property. Google maps and the satnav in the car were both bringing us up steps!!!! If you are driving in and the Ramada hotel is facing you take the turn to the RIGHT just after the tunnel - ignore what google maps is telling you to do as you will just keep going around in circles!!

Lovely hotel , rooms were very big and comfortable. Right in the middle of the old town with less than 5mins walk to all the bars and restaurants. Hotel was very quiet on a night. Very old quaint interesting building.breakfast was very good. Definitely stay there again

Nothing I didn't like, but if I'm been really picky the air con could have done with turning up a notch or two but it was 32° outside so not easy to keep cool. Dint let this put anyone off staying here as it was so nice.

A lovely hotel located in a beautiful part of Plovdiv. Convenient to the sites of the city. It is traditionally decorated which makes it really unique. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Thoroughly recommended.
