I recently had the pleasure of staying at Expo Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly set the tone for a memorable visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. From the lobby to our room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that the staff took pride in ensuring a hygienic and inviting environment for their guests.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the room was clean, and the mattress was decent. The bathroom was top-notch, clean, and looked like it was recently renovated, I was very pleased with it.The location is also very convenient, close to Kapana and the city center. There is also free parking, which is great.

The air-conditioning could be upgraded. It just can't keep up with the July Plovdiv heat adequately, especially before noon. It wasn't unbearable at all, but we are used to a cooler room temperature, and the air-conditioning couldn't achieve it before the afternoon. It won't be a problem at all if you prefer a warmer temperature in your room. The other thing was the pillows - not the most comfortable at all.

Very nice hotel, renovated with a secure car park on site. Location is perfect if you want to explore the city by car and by foot. The breakfast said coffee, croissants and juice, but the croissants were actually Bulgarian breakfast pastries which were amazing! Lovely staff working at the front. Once we arrived, got upgraded to the bigger room. Have not enough words to actually say how much we loved our stay.

The only thing which bothered us was the ac block (which is outside of the room, on the exterior of the building wall), which was just outside of our bed. And it was not only one but two ac blocks next to each other and they made lots of noice once the ac was on. It made it very difficult for us to fall asleep.

The location was perfect for our business trip as it offers free parking. It's a 20 min. walk to the very center, so very convenient for a stroll to Kapana. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean and comfortable.

A bit noisy in the night as the room faced a big street, but we were prepared.

Very clean. There were air fresheners at every floor and lobby. Staff was very polite. Free parking area in the facility. Only 8 mins to city center.

Room was cold, heating was central HVAC that’s why we couldn’t change the temperature. Breakfast was only borek or croissant but hot beverages as much as you like.

Great location to explore the town from. Very modern hotel. Very friendly staff. If you book breakfast included, it's pastries (very tasty!) and coffee We were on the top floor and the road noise was still enough to make sleep difficult, I would take earplugs

We were there only for one night, but yeah everything went smooth.

The only thing I didn't like is not about the hotel but the motor riders during the night that were just loud as always :( BUT, if you close your windows, everything is silent :D

I loved the furnishing and how clean everything was. There’s also a pretty large enough parking.

That the shower was right next to the toilet and everything would get wet, no ventilator to speed up the dryness.

Location very close to attractions, city centre and on main road. There is a 24hr supermarket within few seconds walking distance from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff
