Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a gorgeous panorama terrace that's open to guests at no extra charge. The room has blackout curtains and all necessary amenities and provided a good night's rest.

The hotel parking wasn't working and we barely found a spot to park. The bathroom was a bit inconvenient - the sink water stream was prone to splashing us.

The location is perfect and consider, if you go by car, the road is very narrow and steep, and with a jeep is a bit challenging. The view is great, the studio we stayed in 307 was spacious and very pinky :) We didn't order breakfast, as it is supposed to be ordered the night before, but our colleagues did and they were happy with it.

There was an odd smell in the room, but other than that everything was perfect. The reception only works until 9pm, so if you want something to drink you have to bring it yourself, as there is no mini bar in the rooms.

Room was comfortable & clean

Reception is only available from 9am-9pm, so I was not able to have someone call me a taxi for my early departure. There is a keypad with a code to get in outside of these hours. The keypad was not illuminated so quite difficult to use in the dark Location is okay, about 10 minutes from the main shopping area. The hotel is on top of a steep hill with a very broken sidewalk so not ideal for walking up with suitcases Air conditioning was okay but not the most powerful. The curtains were wide open when I arrived midday and it took a long time for the room to cool down

This was my 5th or 6th time staying at Clepsydra. I appreciate the location, the spacious rooms and good mattresses. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pillows were different and not that comfortable compared to my stay last year. There is some degree of room amortization. For a second time our key cards were disabled in the middle of our stay. The lady at reception was very kind and resolved the issue. However, if it was not during the day, we would have had to call the contact persons during the night

The room offered a phenomenal view of the city. In addition, there were terraces on each floor that offered other breathtaking views. Inside the room, the air conditioning was exceptional, perfect for surviving 35+ degree weather. The staff was friendly and left me alone when asked.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable to use as there wasn't a full curtain, just a shell that covered about half of the shower.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met. The hotel's proximity to the city center was an added bonus. Just a short stroll away, we found ourselves immersed in Plovdiv's rich history, vibrant culture, and bustling markets. The convenience of being able to explore the city's landmarks and attractions without having to worry about lengthy commutes was truly invaluable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, 5 min walk from the city center on the side of a little park in a quiet area. The room was spacious and spotless.

It would be helpful if the hotel had contact with a taxi company and ordered taxis for guests as we could not get a taxi at 8am on Sunday morning to get to the central bus station. We had to walk all the way, 20 min, with heavy bags. We were told by hotel staff the night before that there would be no problem calling a taxi in the morning, but there was a problem. We almost missed the bus.

Helpful personnel, very kind and polite. We needed to check after hours, as there were a car crash on the freeway and they did everything possible to assure that we will manage to get to the rooms. The rooms are very spacious, the view is nice and except the church bells it is really calm and quiet. It was clean and very comfortable.

One of the doors kept opening, so it had to be locked all the time and one of the showers didn't work properly. It is on a very high place (on the top of the hill) and if your car is closer to the ground it is really a challenge to get there. The road to the hotel is paved, very inclined and narrow, as the are a lot of parked cars on the right. Parking space is VERY limited and it is not so easy to find a place to park that is allowed for parking and your vehicle wont be fined.

The location is great, very central, with parking. The room is very modern, the bathroom is veyr big - with both bath tub and shower cabin. The girls at reception were very friendly and helpful, and showed us the Booking wallet option on the website.

The hotel is still not finished (it was at the same level of construction in 2019), and I believe it will be a lot better if the hotel with the Panorama view is finished. Also, it will be very nice if breakfast is available.
