A wonderful hotel right next to the park. Our room was very clean and cozy, with a lovely view of the trees — and in the morning, we woke up to the sound of birds singing. But the biggest highlight of this hotel is the staff. They genuinely care about their guests and make you feel right at home. At the entrance, there’s a friendly security guard, Sergey, and the receptionists — who speak Bulgarian, English, and Russian — are always helpful and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was the same every morning, but it was fresh and delicious. What we appreciated most was that the variety and quality of dishes didn’t change, even on days when there were fewer guests — a definite plus. A special mention goes to the waitress who served breakfast — she was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming.

Everything was wonderful

The location is perfect. Quiet and peaceful park side setting yet walking distance to old town and shopping and restaurants. The service was warm and welcoming from the moment you enter the building. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable seating, bedding and linens. Excellent coffee/tea service and welcome cookies/water. So appreciative after a long drive. The bathroom amenities were varied and plentiful and high quality. Parking was easy. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner in the restaurant 19. The property is very well maintained with beautiful artwork and furnishings. Room was completely soundproof and spacious. We have stayed in many, many hotel rooms over the years- this property is in the top 10.

The location is very good. The cosmetics provided in the room were very nice, everything smelled like roses. The room was fine. I recommend you to book a room with a park view on a higher floor. The price is reasonable.

I did not feel as a guest in a 5-star hotel, I would give it 4. The walls are thin, we heard the people’s conversations. The breakfast on Saturday starts at 8:00 (I think, it is late, it should be at 7), and it wasn’t impressive. If you are with a big car forget about the hotel’s underground parking, but there is a parking near the hotel.

The hotel location is amazing, close to an amazing walking park and the center of sites and attractions that we wanted to see. Roman ruins are everywhere in walking distance. The roman amphitheater was an adventure as well, the churches and cobbled lanes, you are literally walking through 2000 plus years of history right beneath your feet as you explore the city.

Not much to complain about. Wish we had more time to stay longer and will certainly next time we come. There are several hills to climb and see the monuments around, so next time we will plan accordingly for that.

We stayed in a corner suite for 4 blissful nights. Natural light flooded in from 3 large windows with beautiful views into the park treetops. The bed was pure comfort, bathroom spacious and well appointed. We were tired from 10 weeks of active travel and needed a restful break... this room delivered! They even had room-darkening window coverings, an amenity we find rare in this part of the world. Breakfasts were very nice, excellent staff, a memorable dinner in their restaurant, a park (with singing fountains!) across the street, and a short walk to town and restaurants made for an excellent stay.

I don't want to say anything negative about this wonderful hotel but I will admit that parking a car the garage is a bit nerve wracking. It requires hotel personnel to assist in guiding you in and out. We would have taken a taxi anyplace we couldn't have walked rather than move the car.

Breakfast was a let down, was hoping for something more for what we paid and the type of hotel it was, not to say it was bad, but the coffee tasted like the machine it's coming from has not been cleaned in a long time, the choice of food was ... limited is not quite the correct word, a single 1 literally bottle of orange juice was constantly having to be taken and refilled by the waitress as it was that single bottle for the entirety of the guests, the eggs were 🤢, bacon was way way way over done, only ok thing was the water... that came in bottles

A perfect place to stay in Plovdiv. Wonderful, quiet location on the edge of the park. Motorbike parking right outside (or underneath the property). Beautiful building. Large, comfortable room with the best shower products ever (Bulgarian rose). A good restaurant where we ate the first night. Good breakfast. Excellent, helpful staff. Couldn't be better.

Very comfortable room, perfect location right next to the fountain park on a quiet street. Perfect bed, excellent shower cosmetics, spacious room, quiet place.

This is the hotel that I wish to pack in my suitcase and take on all my travels. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is very good, and the room large, spotless, and very comfortable. Even as pensioners, we enjoyed a great experience together with the Jacuzzi bath included in the room.
