This place is right on the central street in Plovdiv, so the location couldn’t be any better. There’s a big common room for you to work in with an adjoining kitchen. It’s fairly clean. If you’re looking for a place to socialise and meet people, this probably isn’t the place — I found it quiet and with older people generally staying. I also had a problem with some guests in my dorm and when trying to contact the receptionist after midnight realised that he had left a pre-recorded message on his phone pretending to answer your questions. Luckily some other guests in the hostel let me stay in their dorm for the night. But be aware that it’s not manned at all hours.

I really turned up and we were pleasantly surprised by this Hostel. The Hostel has a clean modern decor and the facilities are amazing. The staff were also polite and helpful. The train and bus station is 20 minutes away, making the station easy to reach other cities

Unfortunately, my stay was tainted by a very uncomfortable situation with another guest. The staff could be more attentive to what goes on in the dorms and more present. Nevertheless, they were kind in helping me find a solution, which I appreciated.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was kind and accommodating—he allowed me to check in an hour early, which was a huge help. Even after I checked out, he let me leave my bag there for a while, and since it was an extremely hot day and I’d been outside, he even let me come back and take a shower. That level of hospitality really stood out. He wasn’t very talkative, but he was efficient and did his job well, which I appreciated. One of the biggest highlights of this hostel is its location. It’s right in the heart of the city center, with restaurants and key attractions just steps away. Despite being in such a central area, the hostel was surprisingly quiet—the rooms seemed to have excellent soundproofing, which made for a peaceful stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had great natural lighting. It also had air-conditioning and a lovely view of the bustling street below. I was fortunate to have the room to myself, which added to the comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and even felt slightly bigger than typical hostel beds, which made a real difference in sleep quality. The common areas, including the kitchen and living room, were well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. The atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. There’s also a bar downstairs, which I didn’t personally use, but it’s a nice option for those who enjoy a social drink in the evening. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, and for the price, this place is an incredible value. I would absolutely recommend it to other travelers.

The only real downside is that the hostel doesn’t have an elevator, so you’ll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me, but it’s something others might want to keep in mind—especially if you’re traveling with heavy bags or have mobility concerns. In general, I truly have nothing bad to say about my stay. The staff was thoughtful, the space was clean and quiet, and the location was perfect. It’s a great grab for its price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing location in Plovdiv - 20 minute walk from the train/bus station and less to all of the other attractions. We had the private double room which was lovely and very clean. It’s close to a couple of bars but was always quiet by 11pm. Good kitchen and communal facilities including water filters.

The lack of staff was a bit weird… we confirmed our check in time but no one answered the door when we rang several times, there was a phone number on the door but we’d just arrived in Bulgaria so had no SIM card. We had to ask the lady in the bar downstairs to call someone to let us in. Wasn’t a huge issue but it didn’t feel very welcoming.

It is convenient, within walking distance to and from bus/train station and places of interest.

The hostel is on top of a bar. So, people drink and sometimes sit on the stairway to the hostel. But having said that there’s no disturbance from those people. It was not noisy when i was there probably coz it’s low season time, very few frequent the bar. The hostel needs some upkeep to make it shine again. It’s a pretty hostel and could be better if there’s some touch up. The kitchen is well equipped but only one at a time can use it unfortunately coz it’s pretty small and narrow.

It's located at the central/ main walking street of Plovdiv. The main attraction, ancient theater and restaurants are just around the corner. I was there during Christmas and had the whole place for myself. Toilets were clean with good shower. Comfy beds with a spacious common area. You have everything you need in a Hostel. Good Wifi as well.

There was no 24/7 front desk person. Some lockers in the room need a fix. The hostel is situated on the second floor, by passing a pub, it would be a bit noisy if it's operating.

The location is perfect close enough to the transportation outside of the city and right in between the old and new district of the city. The common kitchen has plenty of pantry items to add to your meals. Kitchen overlooking the pedestrian street, often hearing street musicians in the evening. The beds are very comfortable, with windows throughout the rooms. Air condition on the common areas and guest rooms. Guests are considerate and greet you often. Very small hostel. Next door is a great theatre. The stalls for the WC are labeled, guests are very courteous. The air condition is wonderful on summer days.

Some days the common kitchen area and tables are not cleaned by the guests that use them. The balcony is a smoking area, it may be noticeable in the shower and WC rooms, as that is the access. Most times the door is kept closed.

Great spot in the city center. Big private room for the 3 of us. closet and mirrors. Nice well equipped kitchen. Good beds. Late checkout

I stay often and it's a great hostel. Central position for shops and restaurants. A walk from the bus and train station. Comfortable and clean rooms. Air conditioning. Shared kitchen, nice lounge area to relax or work in. Dimitar is a kind and caring host. The negative side is the stairs which you should use caution when climbing them. Therefore not suitable for disabled or immobile guests.

Kitchen needs more cutlery.
