The service was truly impressive – the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The spa area was spotless and offered a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The spa manager was exceptionally welcoming, and the massage therapist was incredibly skilled, making the whole experience even better. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options.

The only small drawback was that the duvet felt a bit too thick for the season, given the warmer temperatures outside. A lighter alternative would have made the stay even more comfortable.

A very decent and worthy hotel, full of amenities with a nice and very modern decoration inside. I stayed with my boyfriend the previous month and we both were satisfied with the friendly staff and the room, which was clean and cozy enough for our standards.

We just didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for the parking and breakfast..

My recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was an absolute pleasure, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a signature warm chocolate chip cookie and a friendly smile, which set the tone for the entire visit. It's a small touch, but it truly makes a difference and embodies the hotel's focus on hospitality. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including a spacious desk and a strong internet connection, which was perfect for catching up on some work. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, was genuinely helpful and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any request and their positive, friendly attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The on-site fitness center was well-equipped, and the lobby area was a great place to relax or get some work done. The convenient location also made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton provides a consistently excellent experience. It's the perfect combination of a comfortable and clean environment, great amenities, and outstanding customer service that makes you feel right at home. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Great central location within walking distance of old town of Plovdiv and 10mins walk from cafés Very very comfortable bed and a clean and quiet room. Car parking. Great breakfast with plenty of food choices. Very friendly staff Italian restaurant in hotel serves very tasty and large pizzas!! Recommend Raffy bar and gelato just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Plovdiv is an interesting historical city and the Free Plovdiv walking tours are a must. Take some walking shoes with you as there are a lot of hilly and cobbled streets in the Old Town. Weather was amazing in late April. ☀️

Car park is a bit small so can fill up quite quickly but there is nearby street parking.

super clean through out the hotel, extremely pleasant and helpful staff. A super high quality breakfast buffet at a reasonable price, good location for exploring Plovdiv centre and old town. Clean and tidy steam room and sauna.

not so happy about the green flashing smoke detector led on room ceiling. The Sauna could use a clock that is visible from the cubicle! There is some sort of outside aircon or water pumping noise that came on in the morning, probably due to the near by machinary on the roof as I was on the 6th floor. Not too intrusive though.

The room was spacious, spotless , amazing shower and the bed was soooo comfortable !!! The breakfast was extensive and the coffee delicious. The towels were fluffy and lovely! We were given a warm welcome cookie when we arrived at it was the perfect touch to make us feel welcome. The staff were so friendly and helpful!!!

It was a little further from the centre than i would have like to be and the i would have liked a late night bar in the hotel but that's all. The staff and the lovely bed more than made up for it !!!

The hotel is a gem all together. The staff is very professional and has a sincere desire to solve whatever problem or question one may have. Breakfast was extraordinary with many vegetarian and healthy choices. The staff of breakfast is super attentive and friendly. The front desk clerks were very polite and helpful. The room was perfect, the Ac was very good. The location is exceptionally good. The hotel is within minutes walking of the main attractions . Plovdiv is beautiful and Bulgarians are very respectful and polite.

The Hilton Hotel is modern design, great comfortable and very cozy. Everything has been thought of - beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, wide and clean bathroom. The location is extremely convenient for tourists, because there is a pedestrian promenade to all the attractions in the Center and the Old town. The staff is excellently prepared - hospitable and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast is rich, there are freshly prepared baked goods for every taste.

There is no sign for the hotel parking lot and it is difficult to find. The hotel garage is small and it is difficult to find spaces. if you are coming by car, consider an alternative in advance.

The staff was very friendly, they give us really special treatment for our toddler and for our dog. It was really cute from their side. The cleaning team was very careful with us. The crib was in perfect concision. The food on breakfast was good and enough in variety. Overall - good place to stay, with enough comfort and very nice team.

The structure in the parking. It is really steep. At least there is one, because all the area is really crowdy and there not free parking spots. The other thing that I could compare with other hotels from the same chain is the complimentary in the bathroom - in this one there were not much of them. Which for me wasn't an issue at all because I usually have everything with me.

What I liked most was the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was generally nice. Also the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and it was obvious that quality products were used.

There were only two things I didn't like. First of all, it is a well-known hotel chain and everything in the hotel is luxurious, but the coffee machine in the room is of very poor quality compared to the hotel. We also had no information about the content of the four different types of coffee offered. Another negative situation was that although the bathroom was very clean and well-maintained, the inward part of the toilet was black.
