A very decent and worthy hotel, full of amenities with a nice and very modern decoration inside. I stayed with my boyfriend the previous month and we both were satisfied with the friendly staff and the room, which was clean and cozy enough for our standards.

We just didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for the parking and breakfast..

Great central location within walking distance of old town of Plovdiv and 10mins walk from cafés Very very comfortable bed and a clean and quiet room. Car parking. Great breakfast with plenty of food choices. Very friendly staff Italian restaurant in hotel serves very tasty and large pizzas!! Recommend Raffy bar and gelato just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Plovdiv is an interesting historical city and the Free Plovdiv walking tours are a must. Take some walking shoes with you as there are a lot of hilly and cobbled streets in the Old Town. Weather was amazing in late April. ☀️

Car park is a bit small so can fill up quite quickly but there is nearby street parking.

The Hilton Hotel is modern design, great comfortable and very cozy. Everything has been thought of - beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, wide and clean bathroom. The location is extremely convenient for tourists, because there is a pedestrian promenade to all the attractions in the Center and the Old town. The staff is excellently prepared - hospitable and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast is rich, there are freshly prepared baked goods for every taste.

There is no sign for the hotel parking lot and it is difficult to find. The hotel garage is small and it is difficult to find spaces. if you are coming by car, consider an alternative in advance.

The staff was very friendly, they give us really special treatment for our toddler and for our dog. It was really cute from their side. The cleaning team was very careful with us. The crib was in perfect concision. The food on breakfast was good and enough in variety. Overall - good place to stay, with enough comfort and very nice team.

The structure in the parking. It is really steep. At least there is one, because all the area is really crowdy and there not free parking spots. The other thing that I could compare with other hotels from the same chain is the complimentary in the bathroom - in this one there were not much of them. Which for me wasn't an issue at all because I usually have everything with me.

What I liked most was the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was generally nice. Also the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and it was obvious that quality products were used.

There were only two things I didn't like. First of all, it is a well-known hotel chain and everything in the hotel is luxurious, but the coffee machine in the room is of very poor quality compared to the hotel. We also had no information about the content of the four different types of coffee offered. Another negative situation was that although the bathroom was very clean and well-maintained, the inward part of the toilet was black.

Best Value For Money hotel in Plovdid. Haven’t regretted at all for my choice to stay there for 2 nights. Super location close to sights, staff was excellent and very helpful, ergonomic bedrooms that made staying enjoyable and most of all, very very clean hotel. Special thanks to the employee/manager to whom I asked to put F1 Grand Prix on the TV of the Lounge Bar and he arranged it in order to drink my whiskey while watching what I wanted! This "personal attention" approach is that make customers want to come again at a hotel!

Can't think of anything that I diddn't like!

Amazing hotel! The best of the best! Amazing interior, fantastic rooms, but above all the staff is so friendly yet professional and helpful. This was our third stay for the past one year and Doubletree Plovdiv never disappoints! The hotel is ideally located between the old town and the center of the city, there are parking facilities. The spa is small yet clean and perfect for the concept of the hotel never crowded. But the staff... AMAZING people! Can't wait to stay there again.

Everything was perfect! The way it should be!

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was great with a good shower. The wellness centre was very nice. My wife and I got massages from Petya which were great and better value than most we've gotten elsewhere.

One minor issue. There are speakers in the bathroom which turned on automatically every time we turned the TV on. Maybe it was the previous guests setting but it was a bit annoying having to go turn it off each time.

The food was suprisingly bad. The Italian restaurant was awful, which was not expected having in mind it was great last october. Breakfast wasn’t good as well. Very rich on products, but very low quality of the food.

parking is a nightmare and the staff don’t pickup the phone, nor do they give clear instructions on when and where to park. Also, unless I called ahead, I wouldn’t have been given the room shown on the listing.
