Very clean, comfortable, everything well prepared, kind staff.

They made me pay 2 EUR from my previous stay for 2 bottle of water which is this kind of thing that make you understand why the Leisure industry is complaint all the time blaming the institution when the customer care is so low. Paying for a small box to take food away, paying for a bottle of water 2 years later, which should be offered for free imho is ridiculous.

For the money spend someone will receive a clean hotel, almost on the top center with basic but enough facilities, convenient parking, quiet. Never had the chance to try the breakfast. Recently I use it a lot when on a business trip because for a short trip it is pretty convenient and worth it. Definitely one of my favorites in Plovdiv.

Clean and comfortable room.

This not a complaint but I found the noise of extractor fan from kitchen below my room disturbing, eventually managed a good night sleep.

Rooms are spacious, well furnished and everything was super clean. The hotel looks rather new, so it's not surprising that everything worked (i.e. switches, door knobs, AC etc.)

It would have been great if Cafe/pizzeria in the lobby would accept card payments. Also there's not a whole lot of sound insulation between rooms. That didn't bother me much personally, but I'm certain some guests would mind.

A very comfortable stay! It was much better than we expected! Really large room, very cosy and comfortable beds. Walking distance to everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Location, customer service, cleanliness is all good. Large rooms. Restaurants and entertainment near by....Close to taxi stand, as n DC close to the center of Plovdiv

Very week WiFi on my floor, sometimes was on, sometimes was off...

Room was very spacious as well as the balcony. The area is very quiet, walking distance from the city centre and from a craft beer brewery. Highly recommend hotel.

The staff was helpful and we led easy communication since the booking until arrival. Very happy with the location, facilities and the overall experience.

A family hotel with real 3-star rating. Very clean, well managed, with helpful staff. Situated in quiet neighbourhood with plenty of parking spots. Nice floor heating in the room!

The walls are probably thin so we could hear the guests in the next room.

Not enough shampoo, body shower, hygiene supplies, toilet paper, was looking for slippers and ironing facilities inside the room but there were none.
