The room was pretty big/ both in size and height, has parking and if you ask for reserving the space during booking they'll try to do so. Beds were comfortable, but can't say the same for the pillows, had hard time sleeping on those, even though i was dead tired. Bathroom was rather good, looks like they keep proper hygiene there. There was big TV, no fridge besides the minibar. Location is pretty nice, its not exactly on main street and at the same time it is super close to it. 15ish minutes walk away from Center/ 20ish from the old city, The small basilica archeological site is rather close (walking in straight line from the street of the hotel) There is bar/cafe down, they offer some food as well (that's where you have your breakfast as well)

The window of the room was sort of broken and it was extremely hard to close, from what I saw(or rather heard) the other visitors had issues with their windows as well as everyone was banging their windows trying to close them in the evening quite a lot.

We stayed here on our way out to Istanbul.(overnight train) and so used it on our return. We were welcomed like old friends. The luggage we had left had been taken up to our room etc. Did I mention the terrace area that the upper floors have? Great area to relax in an evening. Unlike many hotels the taxi drivers knew where it was so there wasn’t the hassle of trying to explain.

Said before that there is a lack of wall sockets near the bedside cabinets & the light switches above the bed are not easy to reach but they are minor. Would like a long shower curtain as well.

I stayed at this hotel before, and it is just as I remember it. Staff was great on the room adjustment, location is great, the hotel restaurant, bar, and lounge are a very nice touch.

Everything was pretty Kosher.

Rooms are clean and spacious. They kept a parking space for us free, as we have a minivan. It's around 15 minutes walking to the old town and shopping street! Good breakfast. Airco works very well, can be useful in the summer in Plovdiv

The restaurant is a bit noisy with music, already in the early morning..... and having a window open is pretty noisy also with the street in front.

Very helpful staff. Nice lift. Big rooms. Good parking in front of the hotel. Chemistry 24/7 on the corner.

Breakfast is rich but organised in menus. Very noisy from the kafé and the street. Needs transport to move to the centre. Nothing interesting in the immediate vicinity.

Staff - very helpful. Terrace - we asked for a balcony and we were given a lovely terrace with great views of the City. Overall ‘feel’ of the place was good. As I am returning they allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

Sockets in the room were is odd places (not by the bed). Similarly the light switches were tricky. Neither were game changes as we will return.

It is one of the hotels we prefer when we go to Plovdiv. There is no parking problem. There are markets and restaurants around it.

The room was cold and the air conditioner did not heat it. But we didn't ask for help. If we wanted, they would definitely solve it.

The room was very large. There was a restaurant underneath and many markets around it. If you make a reservation, you can park right in front of the hotel for free. However, even if there was no parking space, the street it was located on was very convenient for parking.

I loved everything.

The rooms are giant, the temperature (at 30 degrees celsius outside) is very appropriate, no need of ac, the overall features are veey nice (soap, shampoos, body lotions, towels, cofee, tea, tea and cofee heater, smart tv with netflix, amazon prime, etc. apps, nice minibar, good acoustic isolation, etc.), sufficient parking spots, and the pub of the hotel is a must.

The fact that it's not rated 4 stars instead of 3.

Breakfast was good (you can choose one of their six options for breakfast), the rooms were fine and well equiped, the bar was fine.

- Difficulties with the parking (there were no parking places available around the hotel. It was full of cars because it is a residencial area and there is a fancy bar next to the hotel which attracts lots of external people). - Waiting for the breakfast (we waited more than 30 minutes for the breakfast to be served). - Bathroom issues (I am a tall person and I coudn't take a shower normally because the shower cable was too short); - External noise (the music in the bar commenced at 9 am in the morning and it can be easily heard in the rooms)
