Modern utilities in the room, cosy, great bedding, big TV. Great staff and service.

Poor breakfast with not so fresh products “Balcony “ is located in inner atrium offering no views. At the same time offers extensive view towards you from all rooms. Room design is quite smart, utilizing every inch of it. However- it doesn’t provide much privacy for morning toilette.

Such welcoming staff working in reception who were kind, polite, attentive and always greeted me every time I left or entered the building. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was the best it could be and I was even hand delivered a plate of macaroons, a complimentary drinks voucher for myself and my family and the loveliest handwritten note on behalf of all the staff there by Ivan, the reception manager for my graduation from the medical university. Alexander, Eli and Freya were equally so welcoming and collectively went above and beyond to ensure a high standard of attention and care was provided which really made my stay memorable. It's clear to see that a high level of professionalism is instilled in all those that work in this establishment and I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Plovdiv in search of a comfortable, relaxing stay to book this hotel. The rooms themselves are beautifully aesthetic with the highest quality bedding I've ever experienced, making for such a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms also take full advantage of all the modcons with touchscreen controls for the lights and climate control which really elevates the experience. The power shower was excellent and so enjoyable, spacious with different modes and very clean. The standard of room service was excellent and the rooms were entirely spotless, I couldn't find any faults. My expectations were met and exceeded and I wouldn't hesistate to return should I ever visit Plovdiv in the future.

The comfortable bed, da cleaniness, coffee machine and tea available. The location, the bath robes. The food for breakfast and at Grande Toro.

The sauna isn't working all the time,the massagist is not always available, they should be called if you want a massage.

Location, Room, Staff, Food. We felt comfortable and relaxed., had a lovely dinner at the Toro Grande, went to a concert, came back to our lovely room, slept till 10.00 h next morning, had a wonderful breakfast at Toro Premio. This is the place to stay in Plovdiv.

The Emporium is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. We slept incredibly well, the bed was perfectly comfortable and the room temperature could be easily adapted to our needs. The staff at the hotel were professional, polite and extremely helpful. They were most obliging with advice and guidance on the local area and the hotel amenities. We felt welcomed and cared for. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I really enjoy my stay there, the staff was super friendly and food was delicious. It really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it to everyone.

The interior design of the rooms is modern, technological and comfortable Staff was very friendly

Location - surrounded with some old blocks of flats My room windows were across a wall therefore no daylight inside. You are not allowed to keep your car on the parking spots in front of the hotel. They told us that these spots are only for arrival guests so you have to park on the parking behind the hotel. However I saw that many other cars stayed on the front parking spots permanently. I don’t know why I was not allowed…

Modern, clean, excellent location, nice breakfast, friendly stuff

My room was on the first floor. Very dark. It’s underground location. The balcony- not real balcony, but exit to underground hall.

The room facility was great, the staff were amazing and very fast responding..answered every call and request very quick. Special thanks to Damitarov and the bar tender and 2 other guys from the reception, and the girl also that worked night shifts.

The breakfast felt a little poor, even though it’s ala cart i was expecting a small buffet for starters.
