The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. It's located right in the city center, close to restaurants, walking areas, and major tourist attractions, which made getting around very convenient. The room had everything we needed.

Unfortunately, the noise level was quite high. It was impossible to sleep with the window open due to the street noise, and the air conditioner was also quite loud, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, parking was a challenge – it was hard to find a spot, and the area is in a paid parking zone, which costs 20 BGN per day.

The apartment was great and very well - equipped, especially the kitchen section. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, just what you need if you plan to walk around the city center by foot or you are with a small child. Also the host was really nice and welcoming, he even preheated the apartment prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! :)

The only issue when you are in such a central spot, in the middle of largo streets that are only meant for walking, is the parking. Even though you can reserve a parking spot keep in mind that the streets are very narrow and the available spots are too. Our car is a little bigger than average so it was quite the challenge to park in those streets. However, we were not even charged for a parking place by the host as there were none available in front of the building. There is a paid garage parking nearby which could be used.

The location was very convenient for exploring the local pubs, restaurants and historical/cultural sites; The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. The staff were friendly and welcoming, also quick to respond to questions through the booking app. Definitely recommend if you're looking to stay for sightseeing or just to take in the atmosphere of the Kapana district.

Minor inconvenience but important to note - the bathroom floor could get rather slippery when wet, so, if possible, guests could bring some rubber slippers to mitigate that; for room use there are disposable slippers provided by the property.

Lovely place! We stayed over New Year's Day. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The flat is fully equipped and has everything necessary in terms of amenities. The bedroom had a spacious terrace and there is also a balcony overlooking one of Kapana's streets. The flat is really quiet even when there are parties happening at surrounding restaurants and bars. And there are quite a few of these in the area offering a variety of drinks and tasty dishes.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful location. Even though it is in the heart of Kapana, the bedroom is located in the back side of the apartment and is very quiet. I would recommend also paying extra for a parking space as it is totally worth it.

The living room is quite bright at night, because there are no thick curtains, but the host was quite helpful and managed to temporarily solve the problem with extra covers he put on the windows

Great location in on the edge of Kapana, quiet at night. Owners arranged a taxi for us when we told them that we had to leave to catch a train early on Sunday morning which was nice of them. Fresh towel and a bity of a clean each say which was a pleasant surprise.

I thought I had booked one of the apartments with a large outdoor terrace but we ended up with a small balcony described as a terrace but this was a minor issue.

The main thing about this place is the location, right in the heart of the lovely old town. The appartment itself was spacious and well equipt, including an electric stove, a washer/dryer and a medium sized fridge. There also was a nice small balcony right above the street. Toilets and shower were clean and in great condition. The parking spot is right infront of the building.

The folding sofa bed wasnt very comortable.

Location was perfect - right in the midst of the trendy Kapana neighborhood and a stone throw away from the old town and the city center. The space was immaculately clean, spacious, perfect for a family of 3 or 4. The owner saved a parking spot for us in front of the building for an additional fee but a guaranteed parking is priceless in this area. WiFi was excellent and the overall space was functional.

The bathroom is small and there was a smell coming from the sewages but we kept the door closed and it didn't bother us much.

Great location, very easy access to all major sightseeings of the city. The street is cosy and noisy, but the windows are very well sound isolating and when they are closed - the apartment is quiet. The furniture is comfortable

Not enough parking space, and it was not clear enough that we should book a place (it is only 1 for the hotel), so we should rent another parking.

Bright House is a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect and the apartments are spacious, very clean and you can find everything you might need during your stay. Despite being located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants, it is very quiet during the night . We’ve been here for two weeks and we are travelling with two toddlers, but we felt very comfortable and very well looked after by all the staff members. We strongly recommend Bright House if you decide to visit Plovdiv.
