Our first time here. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Clean and spacious room with good air conditioning. Hotel situated less than 100m from the cobblestone maze that is Plovdiv's pedestrian shopping and dining centre, and with a classy traditional restaurant just across the road.

Nothing really, except that parking could be problematic during the rush-hour, but the staff have a unique system to ward off the local parking police while they find you a spot either nearby, or underneath the hotel itself.

The staff were excellent. Someone from the staff actually accompanied us on a day out with a car. I have never had that happen before. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. and this property is close to the old town and all the activity and dining for Plovdiv.

The only thing I didn’t like, was, it stated that breakfast was available for an additional cost. We were told after we could not change the reservation that there was no breakfast available. Breakfast is very important to us because we eat in the morning and then not until the evening. We survived. 

The hotel is close to everything.Nice area and it's just a few minutes to walk to the center or Old town.Big room,clean,staff very polite and helpfull,they spoke English very well and kindly explained everything I needed to me.The town is very beautiful,it's definetely worth visiting.

I didnt liked the pillow and the shower în the bathroom.Also,it would have been nice to have breakfast also.

The staff was extremely friendly, were super helpful, and treated us like family. Everything was clean spotless. The location is absolutely amazing, within the beautiful Capana district in which there are great restaurants, and right next to the old town. Also the route between the hotel and the central bus/train station was super easy, having to take only one bus costing 1LV.

The shower in the bathroom was not very convenient because it was not enclosed/separate and there was not enough space between the shower area and the sink and toilet. It was quite cramped together, and taking a shower meant that everything else in the bathroom would get wet.

Great location in the Kapana district. Hotel, which is rooms only, was modern and well decorated, and the room was spacious with good facilities (apart from the shower/wet room arrangements). There is an excellent lift. Good value. No food is available at the hotel but the excellent Kapana Bakery is only 2 min walk away for a good breakfast. There are a large number of restaurants and bars close by. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The shower/wet room design of the bathroom makes it's use challenging. When you take a shower the whole bathroom floor right to the toilet becomes wet, so that using the toilet or washbasin involves walking on a wet floor.

Everything was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful with finding a parking spot for us. The location is awesome, close to the old town, Ancient theater, and restaurants and bars. We got a complimentary coffee in the morning. We definitely will book again with Hotel Dafi.

As a solo traveler, I stayed lovely six days at Hotel Dafi, Plovdiv. As you already know the hotel location is exactly what a tourist is looking for. Centrally located close by to many of Plovdiv's attractions. There are two to three off road parking slots available just in front of the hotel. The room is small but it gives all what you need to relax after walking in the city. Good clean attached bathroom, toiletries with clean towels and addiquat warm water. The double bed is comfortable. I didn't watch the TV tho there was a 27inch flat TV because most of the local channels I couldn't understand. During the day time Plovdiv is warm and in the room there is an air conditioner for you to chill out. The price for the six nights was very descent with above mentioned facilities for a solo traveler. At the reception you are provided complementary tea and coffee. You don't need to worry about the meals as the Hotel Dafi is surrounded with many restaurants. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. They even arranged the taxi to drop me off at Plovdiv Airport. I would really recommend anyone to stay at Hotel Dafi if you are visiting Plovdiv. Lastly, I would like to say a big thank you to the lady owner of the hotel for giving me all the necessary information to enjoy my stay in Plovdiv.

Exceptional place to stay. very comfortable, great temperature and atmosphere, super clean, could open windows for fresh air, closet and furniture for shoes, lot of drawers, air conditioning, great bed, parking for the car, great bathroom, feeling like you are at home, very quite, very good refrigerator and getting significant rest. If I visit Plovdiv again I won't even search for something else. it will be Hotel Dafi again.

It's a lovely place to stay in Plovdiv.Located in a town center/Kapana/close to all the singhts,shops and restaurants.The owners and staff are extremley kind and helpful.Thank you very much for,it does make duration even more pleasent.

The hotel is located in the center of Kapanna, the heart if Plovdiv. It has all the main bars, and restaurants in a minute distance. The free cancellation all time is great. Gives you an easy and spontaneous way to explore beautiful Plovdiv. The staff is great, and very welcoming.

There is no shower stall. You shower on the floor. There is no breakfast at the hotel. And the restaurants near by don’t offer a breakfast.
