Room was clean and very comfortable, wi-fi worked perfectly, gym is small but have everything that "gym rats" might need for training during busies trip, store and pharmacy is just next to it, breakfast was amazing everything you can think of was there, fresh and tasty and the best part was personnel who was helpful in every step of the way, when my button fell of my jacket and where my card didn't want to work. Thank you!

Hotel is at the corner of busy street, so if you have light sleep ask for room on the other side. For me it was nice amusement to watch all those speeding bikers.

TV did not start. I could have called the receprion, but... The first receptionist did not speak English. :) and i was too tired The parking lot is reaaaally limited. They do not say that on Booking. You find out only when the reservation is confirmed. On Booking the restaurant is said to be open till 23.00, but at 21.45 it was already closed...

The staff shows true hospitality. They have parking in front of the entrance. The AC in the room is working good. Perfectly cleaned room and tasty breakfast are always my favourite pros.

We rarely stay at chain hotels when traveling overseas, but we didn't want to drive (and try to park!) in the old town area of Plovdiv, so we selected this Holiday Inn on the outskirts of the city for a two night stay. It worked out just as we had hoped: parking at the hotel for our rental car, and a quick, inexpensive taxi trip to/from the old town. The hotel was very comfortable - up to Holiday Inn standards - and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room when they learned we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary! The break buffet was exceptional, and there are a number of good restaurants (and a supermarket) within close walking distance from the hotel. We were really happy with everything, and would recommend it if you want to explore the many sites of old town Plovdiv without needing to deal with the hassle of driving and parking in old town.

Everything was PERFECT during our stay! While we had no trouble getting one of the hotel's parking spots, they are somewhat limited in number and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

My stay was great because of the service there. After long day there is nothing better than cold beer good food and nice and friendly staff. The sleep quality there is on top. I recommend

The hotel is nice, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room itself was okay, standard queen, with all the necessary facilities. I did notice some limescale buildup on the shower, and the leather on the headboard was peeling, but I didn't mind too much, and the room was otherwise clean. Overall we had a good experience.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is amaizing!

The room was too hot for me and there is no option to adjust the air condition to your needs. But i could open the window so it was not that big of a deal I must say.

There was a discrepancy between my Booking.Com reservation and the hotel's file. This delayed my check in but need to acknowledge the efforts of the staff to address it quickly

Very clean and cozy hotel. Every one of the employees is smiling and radiant. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast!
