We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy hotel! The location is quite good - in the middle of the Old town and 6-7 min away from Kapana where you could find nice restaurants and bars. The room had all you need, we appreciated the fact that it is sound proofed and there was no noise coming from the street. The bed was also comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful! Thanks for that!

There would be nice to have some info how you get to the parking prior to the arrival. We had to call up front in order to understand how exactly we can get there. Breakfast can be organized much better - currently there is a list with products you can choose from, however, you can't really tell how big the portion is so it's hard to have realistic expectations. Also in the morning, there was quite a rush to bring the food (probably because there are too many different options). It can be just a choice between already pre-set 3-4 variances - would be much easier for the guests and also the staff.

Lack of water just one bottle on arrival nothing second day. Temperature outside was 36c. For 5 star you would normally expect complimentary. The coffee pods you had to pay for but 3 in 1 sachets were free but limited. TV remote as others state is very temperamental wanted to throw it out the window but not gone there for TV just nice to have. Balcony smaller than expected but ok for 2 to sit out on. These were both our views on the feedback.

This was a magical experience. A recently restored building at the heart of Plovdiv's breathtaking old town, a few steps away from the astonishing amphitheatre of Philippopolis, this hotel is simply unique, a thing of beauty. Our room was a lovely mini king, with a very comfortable bed, AC, minibar and original art, which can be seen throughout the building. The old town is extremely quiet at night too. The signature breakfast was excellent and original. A special mention must go to the reception team: helpful, attentive, friendly. We had some excellent recommendations of restaurants and bars to try. Such a memorable stay Thank you!

Service and breakfast were wonderful. There was an option for a chef-prepared brunch. Best hotel breakfast we’ve seen in a long while. Staff was professional, welcoming and polite. Bed was large and comfortable. Very well situated hotel in the quaint old part of town.

I think the price point can be adjusted down by 20% due to the size of the room and hotel and the lack of amenities (understandable by the history of the building - it simply cannot be bigger). Still, rooms are quite small, no bathtub or balcony and there is just a tiny restaurant with nothing else to do at the actual hotel. That is why I don’t think the price is entirely justified compared to similarly priced stays.

Very well designed place, romantic location at the heart of the old city. Comfortable and nice rooms, employees are extremely polite and helpful. The place is new and very well maintained, high quality art exposed everywhere. The building itself is an architecture jam, restoration was magnificently done.

I paid €218 for one person 2 nights, the value for money is poor. There are absolutely no public areas except of a small yard and a tiny dining room. The rooms are poorly equipped, TV is very small and not useful, there is no desk in the room, no place for luggage, espresso machine is paid. Breakfast was a big disappointment, very little and strange. Unfortunately there are much better options in Plovdiv for half of the price I've paid.

Boris could not have been more helpful. He assisted with our bags and prepared a map and restaurant recommendations for us. The hotel is small but perfectly formed! Location is amazing, in the stunning Old Town of Plovdiv. Would definitely stay again.

Only a very small detail, but coffee pods in the room were chargeable. Most other hotels we have stayed in have complimentary pods. My husband drinks black coffee and the only alternative was a 3 in 1 instant sachet. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The breakfast was great, prepared right on time-you could actually choose from a menu the day before. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town and near the Roman theater.There is free parking nearby.

You need to have your reservation confirmation ready to enter the old town by car, also it is not easy to drive to the hotel because of the narrow streets.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. It was easy to walk to everywhere, as well as into the Kapana district. The staff at the hotel were wonderful - so friendly and helpful. On arrival they had upgraded one of our rooms so that we could have adjacent rooms. So thoughtful. Parking is easy and very close to the hotel. Beds were fantastically comfortable and the room with the balcony offered lovely views and fresh air into the room. We didn't want to leave!
