Our stay was very pleasant. The room was rather big and clean. We had everything for our comfort. Breakfast consisted of menu by choice and was hearty. The staff was very polite and helpful. It's convenient to get to any relevant point by bus, and to the city center by foot.

Just a bit too noisy from the cars from the freeway right outside the hotel. Especially if the window in the room is open. Neighbors were also sometimes noisy, soundproofing is not up to par. This should be taken into account if you are sensitive to sounds.

The hotel is in a central location and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was delicious and it was included in the room price. There are several breakfast options to choose from. The free coffee was of good quality, which is not usually the case, so I was pleasantly surprised. The bed is big and comfortable and the A/C was working perfectly the entire time (critical if you want to survive the hot weather in Plovdiv in July).

The water pressure in the shower was a bit poor and the pillows were a bit too high and stiff for me so I had some neck pain afterwards.

Quite a large room. It's a little bit further out than some other hotels, but still not a bad location about 15 mins walk to either the centre/shopping area of Plovdiv or the railway/bus station (watch out for the crazy paving footpaths though..). The little complimentary chocolates are a nice touch.

The only negative was that the room smelled a bit uncomfortably musty/smoky, as if people had been smoking in it at some stage, or hadn't been aired out completely, although it wasn't strong enough to warrant asking for a change. Minor thing, but it was also slightly odd that the bed covers/sheets were not already on the bed and had to be taken from the wardrobe initially.

Even though the hotel is facing an active road, it’s located in a walkable distance from all the Plovdiv sightseeings. The breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable with the overall experience and quality of the stay matching the price.

The parking spots are pretty limited, and the room was facing the road which at some point can become pretty noisy unless the window is closed.

Why book in a private insufficient apartment, located mostly in an old or smelly Soviet era building, when you can have a room in a central, well organized Hotel, like Hotel Business in the heart of Plovdiv town, with daily detailed cleaning services, breakfast and friendly front desk personnel, ready to help you out with any issue occurred. There’s also secured free parking and a nice lobby area with a cozy fireplace during the cold winter days. Even Christmas time tasty decoration makes you feel like home, it’s wonderful. Common sense is the fastest way out.

WiFi needs to get improved asap.

Very friendly and smiling staff, good location within walkable distance to the city center. Spacious and clean room. Bath towels were changed every day. We found a free parking spot nearby and happily used for three days.

Noisy during the night, being located on a very busy road. The bathroom floor gets flooded with water after every shower. The bed was too soft mainly because of the topper on the mattress. We didn't opt for breakfast, just coffee, not complimentary though, we had to pay for it... and it was not great, not terrible.

Human factor is in high standards here. The supportive community manager and her colleagues are doing the best they can to keep the bar high. They actually care about customers’ well being and this is obvious. What a joy for me to see it happening. Perfect daily cleaning procedure. Parking available in front of the hotel and video secured on the side. The area is full of convenient shops and the center of Philippopolis just around the corner. I’m definitely coming back, this is the place for me to be. Enjoy the beauties of Philippopolis, forget the rest.

WiFi could be better and faster, I’m sure they can and will take good care of it asap.

This is a good hotel with good sized rooms and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. About fifteen minutes on foot from both the railway station and the city centre

The walk from the station is not pleasant due to the volume of traffic and the poor state of the pavements. Breakfast was not the now standard buffet but a menu card to choose from. The choice was quite limited for a hotel of this standard but the quality was good

Comfortable medium sized hotel located about 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Staff were courteous and polite. Nice big rooms with plenty of space. Good TV. Breakfast was from a choice of 6 options. I tried the omelette which was good and cooked to order. Coffee was from a machine and just about ok.

It's a nice hotel. The location is on a busy main road not far from the city centre. It was fine for me but could be noisy if you want the windows open.

It was all ok. Had a room on high floor, so we were able to see trains passing nearby.

It looks better on the pictures. There was street noise, but it should be expected given the location. We didn't get much information from the receptionist during check in. The breakfast was basically served in the lobby, which is surprising, but overall ok. Only that we were not notified so the amazement during breakfast was big.
