Breakfast was very minimalistic, could be much better.

Looks very good inside and outside, at the edge of Plovdiv on the way to the industrial area - max 20 min by car so who needs a hotel for a business meeting the second day it is perfect. Big spacious rooms, clean, free parking, quiet, very affordable.

Area in construction. Plovdiv is developing at high-speed, vibrant city. So a lot of dust around because of the new construction. But all in all, for a hotel used by people who need big rooms, quiet area and with a desire to be close to the industrial area where all the big companies have their headquarters, it is perfect. The breakfast is not ok for more than a maximum of 2 nights.

The property is really clean, the rooms smell really nice. You also have complimentary water and chocolates in the rooms. The overall buidings are very nice.

The breakfast is really poor in options. Also for the shower amenities you only have shampoo and soap for washing hands. It would be nice to have shower gel for washing the body. The location is quite remote from old town, there is also a bad neighbourhood in the area, so walking is not advised.

Friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking, zero traffic, easy access to the city's ring road, comfortable bed, big room, decent enough breakfast, regarding the price.

Sound isolation was non-existant, having a room next to the elevator, i could hear every time the elevator was in use. WiFi was free but the signal was kind of weak on the 5th floor.

The room was good, spacy enough and well equipped. The same applies to the bathroom. There was a small terrace. The hotel's restaurant is good, the food is tasty, the staff is a bit unexperienced.

The bathroom had a faint smell of drainage, I have stayed at another room in the same building and it had the same problem. The balcony is practically useless, as it has no garden chairs and a table. I recommend such are provided. The TV is voice-command operated. It is supposed to be done in English, but in fact it did not work, and of course guests should not be expected to speak oral English. The TV is almost useless in the standard meaning of "usage", it is an annoying struggle with the remote control to do even the simplest thing. The pillows are too high and too hard. The breakfast was absolutely basic. The hotel is specialized in providing festivity halls for parties and celebrations, these are very frequent, so it could be noisy and the parking spaces - occupied.

Very comfortable hotel, free parking, nice location if you are visiting by car, there are some nice restaurants and bars in 5 mins. driving distance. As a positive meant critic I will say that the breakfast is ok but should be improved and that the bath has a slight odor of fried food, I assume because the ventilation system connects with the one of the restaurant in the ground floor.

The suite was perfect for our family. There was free parking available. The breakfast was ok - could have been a bit more tasty.

We stayed for two nights and on the first one there was a wedding in the building. Apparently they have a hall being offered for events. It was impossible for our kid and us to sleep as the sound was through to the third floor. The music stopped at around 23.30.

The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen was full. Staff was very polite and friendly. Standart breakfast was tasty, but unfortunately always the same.

There is construction of houses around the hotel, a lot of dust and noise. Above our apartment, there was also constant noise and loud sounds, they are doing repairs.

Spacious and very clean rooms. The property is very new, so everything was in a very good condition. Huge plus is the parking in front of the buildings and it free. However the location is remote and you do not have a quick access to the city center and the main attractions. It worked well for the purposes of our trip, but if we were on a sightseeing, leisure trip I can see how it will cause some inconvenience.

It is a very good location if you come by car. There are large parking areas, and I had no parking problems. The room is clean and spacious. It's value for money. Plenty of beverage was in the fridge, which is good because nothing was around the hotel.

The elevator was broken, and someone was locked in. Since we saw that situation, we didn't use the elevator (scary. as we are with our child). The location is far away from downtown, so if you don't have a car, it is probably not convenient
