Clean with bright, sharp and inviting decor. On the doorstep of Plovdiv Mall and Cinemaplex / shops & restaurants. Parking slots at the door of the Hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff, and sensible check-out at 12.00 midday.

Walls in our room were a touch thin - or maybe our neighbours were just too enthusiastic? Also, only 4 local TV channels with occasional poor reception. But otherwise, clean, comfortable, affordable and with friendly staff.

Spacious clean room with balcony,good location near mall Plovdiv,bed was convenient.

Bathroom could be renewed,it’s tiny and shower and toilet are very close.There is no cable TV and restaurant in the hotel.If you want to have breakfast must order from previous day till 12 o clock pm.But when you arrive in 14-15 o clock pm it’s impossible to order breakfast for next morning…

Big room & bed - sufficient for two. Very close to Mall Plovdiv and important hospitals. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were some cracks and old stains here and there, but it smelled fresh. I think it was clean overall.

Its true what the other says about noise installation for the property.You can hear the bathroom being used but not the end of the world.Also we stayed in a 2 bed so it was end on the floor not much noise from the other rooms

Location right in front of the mall. Easy parking too.

Very weak internet connection. We gave up to connect. And the plug points to charge your phone will have to share with fridge or tv. You choose. Just add 1 near the bad would you.

Easy to park in front of the hotel, right next to the Mall. Very clean hotel room. Warm shower. The aircon worked perfectly. Small fridge in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom were very useful. Comfy pillows.

The breakfast was great, plenty of food, more than sufficient to set you for the day. The room was clean and comfortable. Location great, next to the Mall. The staff were amazing, very accommodating, friendly and helpfull. We have been mostly impressed with the great staff :-) Thank you very much for making our stay pleasant.
