Modern and very plush hotel with extremely nice room with great lighting effects. Walk in shower easily large enough for two, so great for couples. Big double bed was very comfy. Stayed with my daughter, who loved the nice touches like the bathroom glass changing from see through to opaque, when you closed the door. Convenient for the Plovdiv Mall and the rowing channel, as well as a few nice restaurants. Hotel kept extremely clean with friendly staff.

The TV was a bit limited for channels and had no available hdmi to use own movie player.

The hotel was excellent! The staff was amazing, very polite all the way from check-in to check-out! The room was exceptional! Automatic drapes, the glass on the bathroom door blurred automatically when you close the door, you could control the whole room from the TV! The self check-in machine at the entrance is also very thoughtful! I would definitely stay there again! Also this was the first hotel in Bulgaria where we were not judged for being a gay couple! Thank you ESTE for the amazing experience!

Everything was amazing. Super clean, kind staff, super high tech room. The room was exceptional for the price.

A multifunctional design with many cool technological solutions that contribute to the comfort, coziness and style of the place. Push-button curtains, light modes that are controlled from the bed or the TV remote, a transparent bathroom that hides everything when someone is inside, automatic check-out, a free refreshment area in the lobby and many other small delights. which contribute to a good stay.

I loved its close to the shops- Nice welcoming Big rooms also

I wouldn't say "didn't like" anything it was perfect .- Just need to put a sign to keep balcony door closed in order for the AC to work - but nothing bad to say

Relatively tiny but very clean and comfortable room.

Loved the self check in (reception does not work after 9 pm but has a device where you can check in) however the monitor was pretty big and personal information was not blurred - basically it was one page where you enter first names, then date of birth and number of ID card. While you are entering info in the fields the already filled ones weren’t hiding/blurring which exposes your personal information quite a lot. Feedback provided to the reception staff during check out.

Nice New Property. Very easy to locate on the main road and very close to the Plovdiv Mall. Beautiful High tech rooms with gorgeous decor. Huge comfy, cozy and clean beds for a restful sleep every night. Powerful air conditioning with hot or cold air option. Cleaning staff very friendly and easy to approach. Any needs you have is quickly addressed. The free coffee and tea for guest in the breakfast room throughout the day is highly appreciated. Extremely quiet and pleasant ambience around the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The bathroom is also clean and easy to operate, great working shower and sink tap. with lovely smelling toiletries included. Both families had a wonderful time at this hotel and will gladly book this next time too. Very highly recommended.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location of the hotel is ideal for people who travel by car. The staff is kind and courteous, the room was clean and welcoming, with many smart extras. I would visit the hotel again with pleasure!
