Can’t beat the location right in the main square of the city. Only steps away from food, drinks and entertainment. Road access 30 seconds away. Very clean and the fastest elevators ever. Staff were helpful anytime we needed. Very quiet room even though you’re on the main square.

Terrible room layout and worst possible shower. Small and cramped but with a shuffle of some furniture it was comfortable enough. Bathroom flooded with an inch of water at all times due to shower.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Despite my late arrival, they managed the delayed check-in smoothly, and to my surprise, they even upgraded me to a better room free of charge since it was available. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and absolutely spotless. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear they prioritize hygiene and attention to detail. The front desk staff spoke fluent English, which made communication seamless. They were always eager to assist with recommendations, answer questions, and ensure everything went smoothly. They were also very understanding and flexible with my request for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The combination of exceptional service, cleanliness, and the surprise room upgrade made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality!

Convenient and centrally located and quiet. Pet friendly with parking. Newly renovated. Comfortable bed. Clean. Helpful staff. Ok for one night. Would not stay more. On the downside - there was an unpleasant musty smell in the bathroom. We loved the location. Parking is very convenient, but you have to carry your bags to the hotel, which is 1 minute away. Also - we were 10 minutes early and were charged 3 levs for a whole hour. We booked a queen room and it was OK for 2 people. We did not take the breakfast because we are early risers. There’s instant coffee in the room. We enjoyed breakfast in the Kapana Bakery, which I highly recommend.

The location is perfect (it is not on the hill and near everything). The room was nice. The noice cancellation is very good and though the hotel faces a busy street it is very quiet inside. People are friendly.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering breakfast. It is in a restaurant nearby and when the hotel is crowded, the restraint is not able to manage. We waited for almost half an hour for someone just to come and take our order. They are doing their best, but they are just severely understaffed and are not good for a crowd.

Breakfast is outside in external old restaurant and is not very good, lack of diversity. I’d recommend the property just to remove the breakfast and focus on accommodation. This will even lower the prices slightly. There are plenty of spots to eat in the center - bakeries, pizza!, supermarkets, etc so I don’t see a point to offer breakfast when it’s not made by the property.

A great location in the very center of the city. Easy to get to different parts of the city, including the Kupana neighborhood and the Old Town. Also very close to the park and walking distance to the train station. Many restaurants within a 15-minute walk. A very good place for a more easy-going time. Helpful staff.

The rooms are small but well organized. Bathrooms need a little more ventilation.

Perfect location, everything is walking distance from the hotel. We went during season down time so we paid half of what the regular rate is. The staff were very friendly and nice and while the room was nice and cosy, I would not want to pay a full price for it.

The parking, which you pay for, is only available for the hours of your stay, every minute before check in or after check out is extra, so we could not arrive earlier to walk around the city. In addition, there was a weird humid smell coming from the bathroom. While the hotel was nice and looked modern, you can tell that the building is quite old and the quality that they renovated with is not very good, more like a bandage solution. The safe was not working and the doors were also not the regular heavy doors that you have at the hotels, but very simple light wood doors, doesn't give much confidence in safety.

The breakfast is served in a caffe next door which is fine but the first morning we were served at 10.00 am even though the breakfast hours was from 8.30 until 11.00. I’m not sure if the staff slept in from the time change or what else may have happened but the place was closed until 9.30. Also very small menu to choose from.

It was a great stay for us, at the perfect location. The satff very helpfull and the facilities very very well-renovated.

The brekfast was really poor, it is optional and in another place, a coffe shop around 50 meters away. The choices very few and the quality would never mach with such a hotel, they definately should stop charging this breakfast or they should change partener.

The Queen room was very spacious. Location is excellent. Staff very helpfull. There is paid parking around the corner from the hotel but must be pre booked in advance.

Parking at the garage around the corner was problematic. Even though we had pre booked and paid - when we came back from a day out there was no space and we were made to wait. I think the guy just got confused because he was very appologetic. The windows are absolutely filthy. covered in cobwebs.
