This is definitely within the 3 best 4star hotels I have ever stayed. Hell, I have stayed in 5star hotels that were worse than that! A bit outside the city but we liked that. It was just in front of the rowing training center (lake), surrounded with trees and lots of people were coming here from the city to enjoy a walk or bike ride. Lots of amenities, great view and breakfast was also a real 4star. Our room was big and cosy with a nice carpet, comfortable pillows and mattresses, music in the bathroom.

Small details dropped that one point but I still gave a 10 anyway. A few grains here and there on the carpet that wasn't vacuumed properly and the fact that cleaning service didn't visit our room after our 1st night, so the next evening I had to go and ask for toilet paper as it was finished.

The rooms was spaciois, staff was professional and warmfull, establishment was clean and cozy.

The sauna was not available, and there is no info about seasonal closure of this one. The price is expencive but we cannot lie ourself that for this price should be commodities. For 2 days this amoud of money + you should pay 90 lv, for being "VIP" to be able to use another sauna and jacuzzi for only 1 hour. + The air-conditioning cannot turn it off each 5 min I have to turn it off. It is petty to have a such a great staff and personnel, a beatyful hotel but for there not be back. There is lack of commercial initiatives which make.

The room was of adequate size and endowed with all the necessary facilities. Some facilities were pleasing like the music in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was very nice. The air conditioning was not oriented towards the bed, so we could let it function at low ventilation during the night. The access to the outdoor pool and the breakfast were included in the price. The breakfast buffet contained a large range of food and drinks. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the receptionist called a taxi for us, and we were at the tourist objectives within minutes. Also, when returning, we took the first taxi, and the taxi driver knew the name and the location of the hotel.

Everything was fine.

HUGE room - very large balcony - excellent value for money. Good breakfast in the morning - good selection of beers and wines. Receptionist booked us a cab into town and gave us a number so we had no issues on return. Waitress did well to try and dissuade wasps for us with burning coffee grounds (sadly - to no avail) Parking on site is free.

We have just one tiny piece of feedback. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, and ordered a starter to share and two main courses. One main was brought before we had finished the starter, and the other was about 10-15 minutes later. And the meal was just ok - not to the standard of the excellent breakfast

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the wide variety of food options at breakfast—there was something for everyone!

The room was not soundproof—you could hear the neighbors talking and laughing. Unfortunately, during our stay, the guests next door were loud all night, which kept us awake. We reported the issue to the receptionist.

It’s very stylish and spacious and the rooms are very comfortable and clean . Very well equipped and excellent value . The food was lovely and not expensive. I had a massage which very good . It faces a beautiful lake which was nice to walk around . The pool area was very nice too . The staff on reception were welcoming .

Apart from the lake I didn’t like the location - there was nothing else to see around there . I found out from reading a review while we were there that it was a short taxi ride to the town of Plovdiv. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the waitresses and a few sighed when we asked them anything , making us feel like a nuisance .

The location of this hotel was absolutely superb, being in very close proximity to the city of Plovdiv. The view from the room was unique. The location was quite and peaceful. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, making our stay genuinely pleasant. Breakfast was abundant, offering a wide array of choices to suit all tastes.

The air conditioning was not powerful enough. The sofa bed was of mediocre quality, sagging in the center and rendering it rather uncomfortable for two adults in the specific room.

You can have literally anything you ask from the amazing and polite people working at this hotel. Smiley faces at the front desk, always happy to offer assistance and advice, excellent food, outstanding location!!! Keep up the good work 🫶 If you go for Massage, ask for Mrs. Ioanna, her massage skills really treated my neck pain!

The same employees were at the same positions from breakfast time until dinner, that was not a good thing to see! It gives the impression that people never rest, however they were all amazing in serving the visitors! It would be great if there was a spa center instead of just wellness area!

Landmark Creek is a beautiful hotel. We really really liked our stay. We liked the location, the view, the fact that it had a balcony and a TV. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was cozy. We enjoyed the rain shower

The Hotel should have a laundry service where clients can do quick laundry without the need for ironing etc. Also, the cleaning service. Our boy spilled chips on the floor the first night and crushed them to tiny bits that we couldn't pick up with our fingers, and we had to stay in that mess till checke-out. When called, cleaning service only came in to clean table surfaces and take trash out, no vacuum
