Clean, cosy, comfortable, quiet and pieceful.

There was no information about how I should check in. It was claimed that the check in is after 15pm. Then at 16:10 I received a message via Viber with a code for the room. I didn’t even see this initially. At the hotel there was also no information. I had to call the given phone number and was advised to check Viber. Although the room had a small kitchen, there was nothing except for 2 glasses.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast, very good value for money.

Small rooms. Far from the city center, don’t go there if you want to feel the historical spirit of the city, better for a business travel .

The place is nice and clean. The free coffee which goes with the breakfast was bad, as is usual even in 5-star hotels. However, the staff didn't charge for espresso which was very good (both the coffee and the gesture).

The location is ОК. The price and quality of the room are OK too.

The road to the hotel does not in very good condition. The visiters must have gps device to find the hotel.

Polite staff, clean room, tasty breakfast, good location.

No addiotanal blanket in the wardrobe (of course if you ask, they will give you one). No forks, knifes, spoons, plates or pans in the kitchen area.

So tidy and clean. probably has the newest furnishing in all of the town. the restaurant staff treated me with special care and were very kind.

The attitude of the woman who called me about the check-in. She was very nice and polite.

The furniture in the room was low quality and the hot water ran out halfway through my shower.

The room and the site was very well maintained and clean. The vibe of the building reminds me to those Amsterdam hotels for young travellers.

Exceptionally clean! Also, the fully automated electronic reception desk is great! Excellent value for money!

The location isn’t very good but Panagyurishte is a small town and its not a big deal.
