Super hosts, fabulous location. We visited for 4 days on a family hiking holiday. Everything worked and was clean. The owners were very helpful and responsive. Excellent WiFi, fridge in the room was very handy. Short walk to the lovely town market, shops, restaurants and cafes. The old town is very close by and exquisite.

Perhaps a simple buffet breakfast in the reception area/on the terrace would be a nice addition.

I found the hotel to be very central to the town. Dimitar spoke excellent English. The accomodation was super, so spotless, hot water for showers, beds very comfortable and we had a balcony view to enjoy the Balkan mountains. He was very friendly and knowledgeable on the town history and spots of interest to visit. He gave us his time to explain the restaurantsto visit and he was also on hand if needed extra pillows towels etc. I highly recommend to stay here

The staff at the hotel are great bunch of guys, friendly and going above and beyond to make their guests feel at home. The Rooms are big, new and very clean with great views. The location of the hotel is 10 out of 10, just a minute walk from the city center and a 10-15 minutes walk to all kinds of hikes in Stara Planina/The Balkan Mountain Range. 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Karlovo Waterfall. I recommend the really nice Edno Vreme Restaurant (Once Upon a Time).

Parking space is a little tight, but that’s an ongoing problem in any city in Bulgaria. The hotel has a few assigned parking spaces you just call the receptionist 10-15 minutes before arrival and you’ll have your parking space for sure.

We were very happy with our stay! This little hotel is a hidden gem – cozy, spotless, and perfectly located right in the center of Karlovo. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the town super easy and enjoyable. The room was bright, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Parking was easy to find nearby, which is a big plus for a central location. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karlovo!

The location was phenomenal, you step outside and you are downtown Karlovo. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The owners were so nice and available at any time. The staff that maintains the hotel was so nice accommodating. We will absolutely be coming back to this hotel.

This is nit picking, but the Bulgarian style bathrooms where there is no separation between the shower and the toilet, meaning if someone takes a shower and you go to use the toilet after them you wet your socks.

Stayed in Room 23 located 3 flights of stairs up. Easy to find hotel on main street. Newer hotel. Friendly family-owned hotel. One of owners met me outside and showed me the reserved parking space on the street, Parking space was with advance reservation. Each room has its own AC unit and minifridge. All Old Town area sights are an easy walk from the hotel. Many restaurants nearby. Clean and quiet hotel.

This lovely family-run hotel is in an excellent central location, walking distance from the train station. The extra decorative touches in the room and plants in the lobby add to it's charm but the highlight was the host's friendliness and helpfulness.

We thoroughly appreciated the customer service. The family run business was exceptional. They were courteous, respectful, and very very helpful!!!

The lack of a shower stall. Made the entire bathroom wet and hard to use after showering . Perhaps a squeegee would benefit the cause .
