Spacious room and balcony, with great lighting. Well thought-out bathroom space with Air Conditioning. North-West orientation means it's great having coffee on the balcony. The sight of the Port and Bulgarian Coast is well worth it. Very clean and cleaned again every day. Towels replaced every 2 days if not left on the floor. Staff very cooperative and helpful. The Sacré Restaurant downstairs offers excelent service, great food and a 10% dicount. The traffic is very low. Very easy access to the Island Center. Parking is included. There's also a space for loading and unloading luggage without blocking incoming traffic.

If sleeping with windows open, there's noise coming in from the cars and boats outside. But closing the balcony doors and starting the AC cancels it out completely.

This is the second time we've stayed at the hotel. We came last year and what a discovery! It just feels like home! The luxury suite has all the necessary comforts, in all modesty, and has a magnificent terrace overlooking the port. Sublime! All the staff are adorable! Always attentive, always smiling and they recognise you! And Julia... A real mum! Always smiling, always with a kind word, and always attentive to our needs. She's a friend... A wonderful place where we had another unforgettable stay. WE'LL BE BACK, WE PROMISE. Thank you once again for everything.

The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was always attentive and friendly. We enjoyed delicious and satisfying meals at the hotel's restaurant (Restaurant Sacre Old Town) with a 10% discount. The hotel's location was conveniently close to paid parking. If there was a parking space available, we were able to park in the hotel's own parking lot for free. Everything was perfect. This is a hotel we'd love to stay at again when we return to Nessebar.

Air conditioner didn’t work because as we were said the season hasn’t started yet but it was very hot already… Staff was very kind to bring us a big fan to the room. That was a life saver. Greatly appreciate that ❤️

Very nice hotel with a great view to the port. Big comfortable rooms and very nice and helpful personnel. The location is really great, since it's very close both to the parking and the city, there are just a few steps to the lovely streets of Nessebar. We enjoyed very much the balcony where we could spent some time mornings and evenings, looking at the sea and boats. We would definitely choose the same location on our next trip.

The reception team and the other staff were extremely friendly and helpful on our arrival, they went above and beyond throughout our stay. The room was spotlessy clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was amazing overlooking the whole of the bay, with Sunny Beach in the distance. Restaurant Sacre was the adjoining restaurant, we ate and drank there on a few occasions, really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was superb too.

The host was very friendly and cooperant. Aside from ourselves, our dog was properly welcomed :). We had a good time, a good sleep. The rooms are large and clean, the facilities are good, the views are great.

There is no elevator - in case one is needed. Other than that, nothing bad to mention. It was a nice stay, we had fun, we easily visited the old town. All good.

The location is unbelievable right on the harbor Ina very beautiful part of town. Windows keep out noise pretty well. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly. One of the front desk people spoke English, the rest did not, but all seemed friendly and helpful. They allowed early check-in and late checkout. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I hope to come back again.

Hotel needs an update. Tired wallpaper and beds sagging a bit. Towels are very hard. Only one small blanket on the big bed. Bigger fridge would be nice because this one was too small to refrigerate large bottles of water. But I would stay here again in a heartbeat

Fantastic location for all of old Nessibar and with a brilliant view over the water to sunny beach. Great rooms clean and very well kept,exceptional food from restaurant. Most importantly absolutely amazing people who go out of there way every day to make you welcome and enjoy staying there.

Well located property in Old Nesebar. Our room had a balcony and great view of the boats in the nearby marina and beautiful Black Sea. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful - from suitcases from car to room and recommendations for restaurants! Thank you for Kristal recommendation!!
