The hotel is in a quiet part of the old town with a view over the bay to Sunny Beach. All the sights, restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. By providing our car registration to the hotel we got 30 minutes to drop off our luggage (and pickup at the end of our stay). Parking is in the north car park (about 15 leva per day) and there is a path with steps up to the hotel from there. The buffet breakfast was good. The room was comfortable with old-fashioned but working aircon. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

These things don't bother us but I know they are deal-breakers for some people, so I will mention them: no lift and "wet room" style shower.

The stuff was friendly enough, the room spacious, the view - beautiful. Also, breakfast was pretty good. The hotel is located in the best area possible, and very close to the beach.

There is no free wi-fi in the room; if you want / need you have to pay for it. Free wi-fi is only at the reception. Also, the only parking option is the paid public parking near-by the hotel. My room, which was the top floor, had old furniture and a very heavy smell of old furniture.

The breakfast was excellent, with various types of food including fruits, cookies and little gems. I would recommend the breakfast to anyone who looks for a good start of the day.

The rooms are not so big. They could be more spacious in the front of the bed between bed and fridge and TV. Also a balcony would be a plus. Anyhow, the sunrise and sunset are just perfect from the french balcony.

Hotel was old, the location was good, in Old town in the quiet street, from our room there was a sea view. Workers tended to be very helpful. It was nice. Breakfast was good, most of all I liked that a natural juice you could take from the machine. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay.

Wi fi in the reception was free, but in the rooms you have to pay 5 lev per day for one division. And about that wasn't written in booking.com :(

The hotel is basic, but really nice, very good location near the parking and the sea, very clean rooms, nice/basic breakfast. Some things are basic but good value for the money.

Because there are no shower cabins, you have lots of water in the bathroom for 2-3 hours after showering. We would have liked to have something to clean the floor with. The POS was not working so we had to withdraw cash and pay. The WIFI in the rooms costs 5 lv/day.

The noisy seagulls and there was some noise transfer between rooms---neither of which are resolvable by tne hotel--`.It is what it is'.

Seaview room with large door-windows opening to porch-like atmosphere. Clean room, bathroom and hallways. Very nice staff. Restful seaside environment and historic sites within walking distance all around the peninsula.

Staff mentioned you have to pay for wifi in room? No two chairs in room to enjoy porch-like seaviews. The parking wasn't the greatest - at the entrance you have to inform the staff in the parking lot where you will eventually park that you want to drop off your bags at the hotel, not the jackass at the gate hut where you actually go through to then get the hotel.

The location is wonderful. The room had a nice sea view. The buffet breakfast was really good and substantial. The beds are not soft which is very comfortable to me, I had a really good sleep.

Wi Fi is free only on reception area, to use it in the room you have to pay 5 lv per one devise. I did but it didn't work on my Linux laptop (which I bought it for because I had to work) but the property didn't get my money back (they said it was a problem of my laptop, not the problem of their internet). The room was relevantly clean but they could use a swipe or two under the beds. The things in the room are quite old, one of the lamps didn't work, but generally everything was good.

The location was walking distance to all of the old town. We had a lovely sea view. The breakfast in the morning was great!

Visitors are not allowed to park in the old town at all so figuring out the parking was confusing at first. There is a paid parking lot near by you park in and then can walk up steps that are close to the hotel!
