Really nice and welcoming host, great location with a really nice small beach 5 minutes away and a great view.

Overall the apartment was nice and clean but I was unpleasantly surprised by a few things. There was only one bug screen in the entire apartment. This meant that when we opened any of the windows there were bugs that came in, such as a big spider we woke up to one morning. I think this would be an easy fix for the apartment. Another thing that was missing was some basic utensils to cook on the electric stove that the room had. Like a spatula or a strainer. Also some of the utensils that were provided were in bad condition. I am nitpicking and we managed with what we had but I think it could be an improvement for the experience.

The manager of the hotel, Slaveya, was so helpful and we were very grateful for all she did. The parking was very straighforward and easy. The hotel is in a brilliant location, a 10 minute walk to a small beach ( shell not sand) with a little cafe, We were near to lots of restaurants and the craft area of the old town. The view from the room was magnificent over the sea and we could also people watch as they passed on the street. We had a lovely holiday and stayed another day.

The layout of the hotel means that you can be sitting on your verandah and the people in the next room are taking a shower or on the toilet just behind you!!

We simply loved our most recent stay at Villa Elea. We have stayed there in the past, but this year the experience was much better. Slavea and the cleaning staff were great. A few years ago, cleanliness was not great, but this time it was impeccable. Also the parking sistem is much easier. The location, the view and the size of the apartment were perfect.

The Wi-Fi was quite sketchy and also it could do with firmer beds and better pillows.

View is incredible! I think it is the best choice for sea view! We usually stay at hotels because we enjoy room service so staying at a BnB style was a risk for us but it worked out great! It's simple buy modern with balcony and everything you need in a small apartment. Grocery store is walking nearby. The town is super tiny so distance walking to anywhere is no problem. We were not disappointed. I highly recommend! Nice hosts!

Perfect choice!

The hotel is in a excellent location for shops and restraunts. Slaveia was a fantastic host along with her colleague both extremely friendly. The apartment was spacious and equipped with most things you needed. Cleanliness was spot on every day. The view from the apartment was brilliant. We will definitely be back as soon as we can. So if you looking for accommodation in old nessebar give this hotel/apartments a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed. Thank you very much. Kevin & Carmen Maria.

Nothing to dislike.

The property is on a perfect location, next to an ancient church, and there is no other property on each of the sides , which make it very exceptional, the only houses are opposite the street. We were in A08 sea view, beautiful apartment with a sofa bed for our kid and a master bedroom for us. There is a kitchen with all necessary utilities. The bathroom is big. The terrace has table and chairs, we had our morning coffee there and it is amazing. In front of us was only the sea and the shorts of Sveti Vlas and Elenite. We are extremely happy with our choice, maybe the best such place we have stayed.

There is no such thing.

Very well located in Old Town Nessebar. The room are opposite to the street, so it’s quiet. My bathroom was newer and the property was very clean.

The lower rooms are facing the sea but because of the low level, the view is mostly a large parking lot. I was also uncomfortable to let the windows open at night because my balcony was right to the access to the parking, so anyone could enter.

The apartment with sea view is just amazing. The staff (cleaning ladies) were just amazing. Thank you for it.

The flat which was reserved was not the one we got it (at the beginning). We had to insist to switch and get the apartment desired. Recommendation: request photos of the apartment you will get. The current photos for 'Superior One-Bedroom Apartment with Sea View' are from all apartments. No all of them have the view you are expecting.

The view is probably the best in Old Nessebar, balcony and bed view to the Black Sea is just an unforgetable experience. You are just 3-5 min away from the historical places and some good restaurants. Parking is 3 min away. Host is very nice. Very good cleaning service. Overall, the accommodation is outstanding, the rooms are very very spacious and very colourful, giving you positive vibes, perfect for a getaway from big city and work.

The sofa in the living room is not really ideal for a perfect vacation sleep, although the host was very friendly and provided us with a quality, memory foam topping. The other bed, from the bedroom, was very comfy for the other family members.

The view over the sea and marina was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, we had a large apartment with sea view. Amazing atitude from our host, very polite and nice. The room has a nice kitchenette, one large bathroom and a balcony. Location was right in the heart of old town, facing the sea. Acces directly from the street, parking was at 10 meters and it was free. We were very happy with the location and with our host - definetly we will come back

It could do better with the vesels and with the spoons and dishes ....
