The owner Safia was so helpful after I'd booked a bungalow assuming it to be on the ground floor but it was on the 1st floor, I have trouble with breathing so avoid stairs where possible. she and her husband pulled out all the stops to give me a ground floor room ( bungalow) despite being fully booked. They moved some other residents around , got the cleaners straight in and within 15mins I was in the room. Matress was very comfortable. Fridge in room. Large room with terrace. Plenty hot water. Good shower. Beautiful clean swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Cheese and ham on toast with tomato and cucumber. Fresh coffee. Beautiful gardens and forest surroundings. Peaceful. For the money you can't go wrong, I would definitely stay again for peace,quiet and rest. Thank you to Safia and family for your hospitality and to the cheerful team of cleaners working so hard in the heat.

Ignored, bad service in the restaurant in the evening on my first night so didn't eat there again. Some net curtains would have been nice for privacy.

The bungalos are spacious, there isn't much furniture, but you've got everything you need. The restaurant is 10/10, good food, very reasonable prices. Breakfast was good as well, they will ask what you'd prefer from a limited menu and make it for you on the spot.

In one of the bungalows the bed creeked at the bat of an eye, the other was ok tho. And in one of the bungalows the shower handle was brocken, which wasn't all too nice. But the other one was fine.

It was quiet and peaceful. The lady at reception was really helpful.

The property was perfect. I had a meal of chicken skewers and chips and cheese. I would have preferred more authentic Bulgarian food.

The stay was for work so there was no opportunity to stay for breakfast. I requested a sandwich in place of breakfast which was done. the forest location is very nice.

The location, nature was great. There isn't so many trails, just one around and close villages which are so beautiful to hike.. About the kompleks : I would say, "almost good" for the price.. fairly clean.. the conditioner and the mini fridge are soooooo loud that you should turn them off while sleeping.. and, unfortunately, the water :(((((((( wasn't good and smelly.. we stayed there for two nights and sadly we couldn't get showers :(( it wasn't that enough that we prefered not to use the water even to wash our hands which eliminates so much comfort of your vacation.. other then those, we had a nice weekend, enjoying our time with our friends barbecuing, eating, drinking, laughing.. Thanks

The young lady who resolved my problem the evening I arrived tried very hard to put a difficult situation right that was very stressful she had great empathy.

I am a 63 year lady that arrived at 10.30 in the evening which times of the flight and arrival was made clear. I booked and paid in advance via booking.com. There was no sign of anybody in the building at all. A gentleman came out for a cigarette who spoke some English as I can speak Bulgarian. He told me he was staying that evening as well and went off to try to find anybody that could help me. He eventually came back with a young lady who said I hadn’t got a reservation. I showed my written confirmation. This was an extremely frightening situation a lady on her own. I was so grateful to the visitor who was able to communicate with the young lady and translated to me. The young lady went away then came back and said there had been a mix upas a gentleman arrived earlier who took the room I had reserved but she was able to then offer another one. I felt extremely vulnerable and thought I was spending the night in the forest in the car. I came down Tuesday morning for breakfast again nobody to be found and no idea were a breakfast room was so had no breakfast. I returned Tuesday evening, and the young lady followed me in and was visibly upset from the mistake made on my arrival and she told me we’re to have breakfast. I went to the room and was no hot water for a shower and no cold water from the tap at all, the toilet would not flush as no water, tried the tap in the kitchen area and again no water. Nobody around to report. Wednesday morning I went for breakfast and reported no water. Men went to the room and when I returned still no water and still no working toilet and toilet flush in bits but no water was available to flush, at this point I left. Overall not a pleasant experience for a lady on her own!

Staff were okay, facilities were disaster, I change 3 rooms for 2 days, the hotel room originally I book it turns out no access with the pram, 2 floors up. Moved to another house the drain was blocked I did flood the room as I was need a shower but at 2am was no way someone to fix it, the toilet was not flushing. I explained them they said they fix it well the drain yes but not the toilet, I had to go and speak to them again they went ish they couldn't fix it was broken so they moved me again, very dirty and a lot of flees and European earwig, with baby in the room i was ambitious worry so baby had to sleep in the pram with mesh as there was not a chance to leave baby open . The pool was ok but a lot of huge gypsy groups was coming 3 4 groups of over 10 people each there def was no space for all, after a fight with the management we get them out no offence but that was a lot of people this was not a place to rest for sure. Will not come back
