The price was very affordable compared to other nearby hotels. The pool water felt very clean and had the right temperature. The whole area was tidy and felt very safe. It was easy to get into town and back with a taxi. The apartment was big and had double air conditioning. The maid came to clean every day and even washed our dishes.

A bit far to walk on foot to the beach - bicycle, scooter or the shuttle bus is recommended. The pool bar didn’t have the raw materials to serve what they had on the meny. Not even basic stuff like garlic, which was plentyful in the supermarket at the same hotel. Restaurant staff spoke not much English and was not very service-minded. The apartment didn’t have basic stuff like detergent for the washing machine, and it was only sold in big pack at the supermarket. The whole area was a ghost town, prepared to house some kind of business on the ground floor in each building, but it was all empty.

excellent apartment for our family, great space and really comfortable beds -we all got great rest. The location was a on a quiet complex but great location and the beach was beautiful- we used the hotel shuttle bus service - there is only Bo Beach Bar there and a small restaurant so its lovely to have a long stretch of beach with no one else there! we tried santa maria beach but there are very limited ( 1 ) place to rent sunbeds so we just used our hotel beach which we preferred. we will come back when we can- loved it! advise to take washing up liquid/cloth/teatowel and washing liquid. whilst there is small supermarket on site the size of these products will last a lifetime! Had a great family holiday.

I really liked the people working there: We had a problem in the room and they changed it immediately without any remark. The atmosphere around the hotel: isolated and not crowded, swimming pool quiet, complex very calm during nights and afternoons. I understand maybe some people don't like this (and also we went off season) but I specially like this. They have a shuttle to go to the city center with different schedules during the day, from early in the morning till 10 or 11 pm. And the ride is literally 5 minutes. If there is too much people, the driver will take another ride immediately after, so no rush or stress. Also a supermarket in the corner which was a really nice to have. Each room has its own router for WiFi and washing machine, cooker, water boiler, cutlery and plates. There is a basic calisthenics stations around the complex and tennis courts for free, if you like to do this kind of sports and you can run around the complex also. That was great. Caboverdians kids where playing there, everything looked very secure and chill.

Mosquitoes in the room. Noise from the guests in the floor above, every time they where moving chairs or the table was disruptive. But honestly they were this kind of people that like to move furniture before bed time for one hour :/. Maybe putting some fabric beneath the chair and table legs could be less loud. It is a nice place according to the price with everything needed to have a nice holiday.

I got a big one bedroom apartment, with a good sized bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Having a balcony was also nice. The hotel area is huge, and there is a big sized pool (with a pool bar that serves food), a restaurant, a bar and a small supermarked there. The apartment was spotlessly cleaned every day. A very nice suprise was that I got a small fruit basket, a bottle of water and free Wi-Fi with my apartment. Walking into Santa Maria takes about 30 minutes (to the beach) and to the hotel beach it takes about 20 minutes from the reception area. The hotel also has a shuttle service that is free and leaves at regular intervals.

The bed would have benefited from having a top mattress as it was possible to feel the mattress springs when laying on it.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and great facilities. They have a free shuttle bus to a few locations on the island every day.

No wifi in the rooms, just in common areas (reception, pool, etc. )

Food & Service excellent by all staff. Accommodation basic but very clean & comfortable. Drink prices very reasonable with happy hours. Pool kept extremely clean, even with windy weather. Beach facilities again basic but comfortable & clean.

Not much really, the site was very quiet & so more people would give a better atmosphere.

The property was very clean, great swimming pool and amazing and friendly staff, would definitely recommend this hotel and a great free shuttle service to some of the keep locations on the island
