The location is beautiful and you can find everything you need in the resort, although prices for items outside the all inclusive deal is very expensive!

The rooms are not 5 stars quality, at least 3 stars, needing renovations! However, all appliances inside the property worked well.

The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day . The property is close to Santa Maria where you do most activities It has a private beach which is really good and sandy Activities throughout the course of the day were good The Friday All White party is the best The activity team are brilliant Staff are very pleasant and helpful The A La Carte Restaurants were great

1) It’s a struggle to book a la Carte Restaurants such that we only used a la Carte for 2 nights out of a 7 night stay 2) Mosquitoes. There is so much mosquito. We sustained severe mosquitoe bites . The hotel may need to consider putting mosquito repellents and coils in the rooms

Great location ........! Everything at the hotel (apart from some of the food) was brilliant........especially the staff. From the reception to the room cleaners to the staff in the restuarant........everyone was very helpful and friendly.

After a while the food became repetitive and monotonous. Having said that........the Christmas Eve Gala Dinner was wonderful!

The atmosphere was great during the day near the pool and the buffet meal was not bad at all

Some things could be renovated or repaired such as the pool where ceramic tiles are missing

The facilities were great and the staff were lovely, very close to the beach and not far from the main town

The music for the entertainment by the pool was very loud for those who did not want to be involved. Even though we were the other side from the activity it was still disturbing. I appreciate that other people were enjoying it in that are but it should be slightly lower volume

Good location and price

Lots fly and bites , they need a fly catcher entrance room every time door opens they come and don’t let you sleep buzzing noise and bites all over. Also food needs some spice in it and would be good to have island fruits.

I liked the variety of entertainment and activities. Proximity to the beach...and Santa Maria..easy access.

Staff needs training...some were not helpful.poor communication skills..complacency when faced with any complaint.

Wonderful stuff and great place for vacation, you don't need to think about kids, they can play with lots of activities , and enjoy our relaxing time

Check in time long and need to carry out the luggage by hand to walk long street

It was massive and just what we liked

Even thought it was all inclusive the room could have done with a dining table as a lot of empty space

A lot of pools, different restaurants, staff was super nice and always happy and smiling, room was great.

Breakfast could be improved and more fruit as well
