Great breakfast … and wonderful beach area. Hotel facilities are good and waiters and kitchen staff very friendly and helpful!

Staff at the reception are often very confused about how things work out and how to solve even small questions. It is probably a language barrier, so it is helpful when they use google translate or other apps so we can communicate

The staff were so friendly especially the kitchen and reception team that I interacted with. Elias and Bredilli were so friendly and helpful especially given the last day of my departure. I will be back like I promised :) I loved the breakfast.

For the Kitchen, basic things were missing like a dish washing sponge, some dish washing soap to start with, salt. There was no dustbin in the kitchen. What I didn't like most were the towels and bedsheets. They looked so old...

The maids ensured the suite was immaculate on a daily basis. The suite was spacious. The pool area was true to the photographs. Private beach with sunbeds by the ocean. Reasonable priced hotel.

The room overlooked the swimming pool which was very noisy in the evenings due to the animation programmes starting after 9 p.m. We were a little disappointed by the front desk staff, we asked the lady working at the reception to order us a taxi and breakfast boxes for our early departure and she didn't manage to do anything, we felt that they might not speak English well. The breakfast service was slow, the eggs were often prepared by the same person who served the other dishes.

it was set round a lovely courtyard which was sheltered . The apartment was spotless and beautifully cleaned every day . The food was fabulous and was far better than the Tui platinum we stayed in last year . No battle for sunbeds always room around the pool and no saving of beds which was great. The beach was fabulous and a short walk down one street to access the private part with own bar . The staff are so friendly and warm .

Restaurant was always late opening, food very samey samey and no real children options and variations other than pasta and pizza, ended up eating out a few nights

the property was in a great location, super close to the beach - the food always tasted great! The staff were amazing, always made me feel welcomed and created great relationships in my short stay- Anderson one of the bar tenders at the cheers Bar was amazing!

i think some things could’ve been cleaner, I.e having a cover on the sofa so it could be easily washed after each new visitor and mosquito nets as it got hot in the night but didn’t want to leave the doors or windows open due to mosquitos

- the sunbeds at the beach are just perfect, and only few minutes away from the hotel. - the hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the centre, so no taxi was required. - spa centre of the hotel offers nice massages and treatments, although the prices could be better. - the breakfast is fine, it has standard options, but expect to find the same options every day. - it was convenient to have a tour agency at the hotel, and the prices were acceptable.

- WiFi in the bedrooms was not working, only in the living room and the kitchenette. - As the apartment was on the third floor, the water pressure in the shower was sometimes low. - No elevator in the building, so the luggage needs to be brought up to the third floor manually. - The maintenance of the facilities is minimal, but nothing huge to complain about. The bathroom had some traces of the previous guests, but overall the apartment was clean. - The kitchenette had no kitchenware, but we did not need that anyways.

Very nice hotel and resort with lovely staff. They are inclined to help woth everything necessary and provided a good service whenever needed. Attilio, the food and beverage manager from Italy is a great guy and makes sure nothing is missing. Resort is in a great location and just 3 minutes to walk from the ocean. If needed, not even 10 minutes a Clinitur for taking the Covid Antigen test is in place. Exceptional Wifi all over the resort woth specified Wifi in the rooms. Clean rooms, decent water pressure in the shower and very spacious bed. Good variety for the all inclusive food buffet.

Breakfast only until 10 - until 11 would be nicer and you put lunch and dinner on hour later. But this is just a personal preference. Pool could be some degrees warmer, but again, personal preference. Objectively, nothing to complain.

Very warm staff, cleanliness of the rooms. Good food. The nightly events by the hotel's animators were on a high level.

The beach towels were very tired.

Staff very friendly and helpful any issues dealt with straight away. Rooms cleaned everyday Food good Good sized apartments. We were only British staying at the resort but staff went out of their way to speak English and include us in activities.

Not a fan of the music being played all day by the pool some quiet time would be nice.
