Location is great. The pool is excellent. The staff helped us with a very affordable and large taxi to Siem Reap. The Family Roasters are located nearby for high quality drinks and the Caff for an absolutely outstanding breakfast. This is such a high level of breakfast and just next door.

The style of the hotel is somewhat dark with heavy wooden chairs and decorations. We also had some ants as visitors. It's no the most cozy place. Please note the Royal Cambodian Railway just next to the hotel. There are only a couple of trains a day, so you will not be bothered that much. The premises next door had a motor or some sort of engine going on all night, and it desperately needed oil.

We enjoyed our stay at Delux Villa. Very conveniently located close to the central market area. The room was spacious and comfortable with a small balcony overlooking the railway line. Hardly any trains came through so not an issue with noise, just a bit exciting when one does come past! The air con in the room worked fine. The swimming pool is wonderful. It is shared with another hotel nearby but we were the only ones there. There is no breakfast served at this hotel, but we knew this when we booked, so not an issue. The little cafe joined on to the hotel serves western style fast food breakfast if that suits you, otherwise, there are other options nearby.

The pool is very nice. Perfect after a dusty day out. The room is pretty spacious. Air conditioning is a bit old bit works fine. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Five minutes walk to the riverside.

No shower curtain. The bathroom is very wet after the shower. No compimentary pickup or drop off were arranged. Battambang is a very dusty place. Many dogs around.

Great hotel with a lovely pool. We booked a two bedroom apartment with balcony which was great, spacious and had everything we needed. They don't serve breakfast but there are cafes nearby. Staff are attentive. We booked a Tuk Tuk driver 'Mr Lizzy' through the hotel to take us to the main sites and attractions and we would highly recommend him. He also helped us arrange an onward trip via bus.

Lovely hotel with a great pool. We loved sitting on our balcony which was very private as it had plants growing in front of it. The owner was vert friendly giving us bananas off his tree, and the room was lovely and clean. There is no breakfast but there is a shop next door you can get lovely things to eat. The town is close by and there are a number of good restaurants

Deluxe Villa was a quiet and relaxing hotel. The pool was right outside the door the room was spotless with a fridge and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Drinks are available on site.

Nothing regarding the hotel but be aware there is no restaurant on site but a couple of great cafes e.g. The Caff and Hoc Cafe are not even 100 yards away and both do excellent breakfasts etc.

Very nicely set with apartments around a pool (with for whatever reason no mosquitos ao you can hang around in the evening). Rooms are decorative. Located next to multiple good coffee places for breakfast.

On a dusty road, and close to a mosque (we visited during ramadan and did not get much sleep, with during the day trains passing on the track behind the house. Be aware that on Booking a (kind of) living room is visible in the pictures, but there was no living room at the hotel.

Rooms were comfortable and clean, the aircon and fan was welcomed due to the hot weather. Enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area. Good central place to stay and easily accessible to see all the cool things in Battambang

Nothing - it was a great stay at Delux Villa. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend to families or people wanting to stay somewhere a bit nicer/quieter than a hostel

The rooms were massive and mattress and pillows were good . Safe in room and great big pool you could do lengths in. Close by everything but also quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Right near HOC Cafe, outstanding breakfast

Not property fault, but very dusty roads. Railway track right behind hotel, but only used I think maybe twice in day time hours.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Central Market, coffee places, and several restaurants. The room was spacious, with a strong AC and a comfy bed. On the day of our departure, we spent some time by the pool, which was nice. We used a laundry service. It was quick, cheap and the clothes were nice and fresh.

On our arrival, both windows and mosquito nets were open, so we had to start with a mosquito hunt before we could relax.
