We had a two bedroom apartment, which was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is everything you need - including a rice cooker, a few pots, plates and cutlery. A full sized fridge was great too. The air conditioning was efficient and toiletries were included. The apartment was cleaned each day and fresh towels were available. This property is a little off a main street. It was quiet, the rooms were dark to sleep well and the bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool area has great views and the pool was refreshing, clean and towels were available. There are a few food stalls along the street, but really only one restaurant - Thai food, next door. The food here was great. There is a small supermarket close by. We used Grab and went everywhere by tuk tuk. Easy and very cheap! I would recommend this property.

Great location, close to local eateries and supermarket. Loved the gym and rooftop pool area. Rooftop is a great spot to relax in the breeze and watch the sunset over the city. Our 3 bedroom suite was perfect for our group and a great set up for dining in or relaxing on the couch. It's great to have full size fridge, microwave, and sink. Staff were always friendly, available and willing to help when needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Some of the kitchen pans need replacing, and providing dish cloths, detergent and tea towel would be helpful. But not a big deal.

It was the 5th time we have stayed there. The staff are courteous and helpful. The rooms are spacious and location is good for the price.

Parking is getting tight as more people own cars in Cambodia. Security is very helpful in making it work (just about). The street is a bit busy with a small kerb, and 500m down the road - there are open sewers which are unpleasant. I'd recommend not walking too far east along the road.

The pool was clean and very refreshing after a day of walking. The staff were super friendly. The apartment is really big with big bedrooms. Only a 10 minute walk to the independence monument. Aircon in each room, great shower pressure, block out blinds for sleeping and doors to bedroom were solid blocking noise.

Wifi was slow. Like all tall buildings in Vietnam and Cambodia there are no fire stairs or smoke alarms in case of fire. Suggest enclosing stair to make it a fire stair and adding smoke alarms. Like all buildings in Vietnam and Cambodia, windows in the stairwell are a safety liability for small children who could fall out. Suggest adding metal screens.

We stayed two families, all adults, two nights at 105. The location is really in the centre of town.The rooms are apartments and exactly according to the hotel's description. The view from the rooftop pool is fantastic. Everyone is very helpful. Rooms are big, gym well equipped. We didn't try the saunas, but they looked nice. Get the "pass app" to get a Tuck tuck, and you are at the Royal Castle in 5 min. There is no breakfast at the hotel. There are restaurants close but no Western breakfast. We solved it by buying breakfast at Lucky Supermarket close by and had breakfast in the apartment.

It was a little hard to find the door to the hotel. The sign outside is only in Cambodian. It is a glace door beside an open parking garage. There is a very friendly guard opening the door if you ask him. It would be helpful with a small text on the door also in Western letters.

This place was a very comfortable place to come home to after exploring. We loved the rooftop pool and my teenagers made good use of the gym. Staff were always welcoming. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge, not really for cooking in, but so many good places to eat outside. Being a little further out from the centre meant we saw more out walking. Food, laundry and supermarkets were within walking distance.

The only consideration is it is further out of the centre, but this was fine by us for the good value accommodation.

Nice apartment, clean and tidy. Rooms were a good size. Pool clean and good size. Can easily get food delivered with Grab app.

You would struggle to cook much as there’s only a frying pan I think and not many utensils. Also, there’s no soap or cloth to wash anything up - you have to specifically request it which I think is odd. Beds are a bit hard but that’s not unusual for SE Asia.

Good value for money; a very comfortable, clean and spacious serviced apartment. Excellent and quiet rooftop pool and seating area. A small coffee stand with excellent espressos right opposite the hotel

Despite a large living room, the bedroom was smallish, with bed pushed to the wall and no bedside table on one side. It wold be perfect for one person. As tourists, we realised the location was not ideal, as not many people spoke English, and one needed a cab ride to the walkable riverside area every time

We stayed in the 2 bedroom option on the 6th floor. Nice modern apartment with a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/water. It was big enough for the 4 of us but bear in mind both beds are large doubles but the children didn't mind sharing, if not there is a sofa bed as well. Didn't do any cooking but there is a hob with utensils and pans. Also there's a full size fridge to keep the drinks cold! We had air con in both bedrooms and the main lounge/diner which worked really well. WIFI works only in the rooms but to be honest apart from the pool there isn't anywhere else to use it.The pool is on floor 8 and was really quiet, just the tourists mainly. Seating area and 4 large sunbeds, infinity pool and this provides great panoramic views of the city.Located in a good area about 2km from the Royal palace. Opposite there are a few cafe bars and places to eat plus a corner shop selling coconuts and drinks. Can't really elaborate more than this as we wasn't in phnom penh for the room but you can't go too far wrong here. Small tip if you have a balcony this isn't big enough to sit out on but is a great place to dry your wet swimming clothes.

Staff were friendly, and the apartment and facilities were clean. Daily housekeeping and central to food, restaurants, shopping malls, and massage spas. We are a family of 5 and booked the 3 bedroom apartment, which offered plenty of space. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Phnom Penh.
