The location makes it handy to reach most Phnom Penh attractions. A large selection of eateries within walking distance, both local and international cuisine, and the apartment also had a full and well-set-up kitchen, enabling you to self-cater if you wished to do so. Staff are helpful both in providing information and organising transportation needs if required. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed, and the internet speed was quick with multiple TV channels available. The room was quiet and had good A/C. The gym provided good facilities with a steam room, sauna, and swimming pool, creating a panoramic vista. Good front-of-house and apartment security with a laptop safe available and both car and motorbike parking. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The showerhead setup over the top of the bath made it challenging at times in that it was fixed in one position and there was no curtain, so therefore considerable water ended up on the floor.

Every member of staff was kind and friendly. Even the security guard greeted us with a big wave, smile and helped us with our luggage. Friendly cleaners checked on us when passing and although we're clean people with no need of daily housekeeping, the water and tp top up they offered was much appreciated. We got a free room upgrade as they had space and it was immaculate, very spacious and kitchenette had everything we needed. Pool is medium sized and swimmable with great views and the sauna was great. The gym is in the same open air space as the pool so a bit too hot for me to use personally but fully equipped. If I'd have stayed longer and acclimatised it would have been great. AC worked great 👍 . Coffee shop in lobby was fab 👍 Easy walk to the museum and some great cafes & shops. Perfect for us and we're planning to stop again before our flight home

The room was nice. The people who work at the hotel are so kind. We liked our stay at Soho residence.

The bed is a little bit hard, but not a big problem . The ventilation system is somehow strange, so we could feel the strong smell from neighbours cooking and frying. But still the hotel's impression was very good.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. The roof top swimming pool gives and excellent view of the city. It is small, but it was empty. It was a good way to refresh after coming in from the heat of Phnom Penh. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again.

The studio was comfortable and spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine. The rooftop pool is also very nice, and the staff is very helpful and kind.

There was a bad on and off cigarette smell in the room. It seemed to come from the air conducts.

I liked the location, not exactly in the BKK area, but still close enough to local sights and lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The city views were amazing, especially from the pool, gym and terrace. Great staff, always at your service and the coffee shop in the lobby was awesome.

Maybe providing soap for dishes and basic condiments like salt and pepper.

Good sized room with a full kitchen and refrigerator. The room safe was large enough to fit in my laptop. The roof view is very nice.

The wifi didn’t work well in this room. Much of the time the connection was weak. On my second stay at this hotel (February 11th to 15th) I stayed on the 7th floor where the wifi worked much better. The hotel should take advantage of the roof view and install a covering and put in a garden or other amenity. The roof should be a real destination.

Every single staffs’ attitude and service are fantastic. Quality beds, equipment and everything in the hotel are up to standard compared to other places I’ve stayed. Wished my trip had been longer. I’ll definitely visit again

We had a great stay at the family room, it was spacious, staff was very welcoming and even allowed us the late checkout that we really appreciated. Pool was also nice. Location pretty good.

The lovely staff, cleaning non stop, the cool building, great pool...full sized fridge..I recommended it to an Aussie friend whose niece is coming...It is perfect...I always stay riverside...but, it is run down... SOHO is superb

They tried to hard in my 1br to provide all an apartment could offer...just a bit cramped for a guy my size...actually, very minor ....
