I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, making check-in quick and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay . The hotel’s location was also very convenient and near to the Genocide Museum.Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

What a beautiful hotel this was! The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, and the rooms are also very neat. The rooms were cleaned daily and supplied with water. Breakfast was included in the room rate, with sufficient daily variety such as fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and local products. Both the front desk and maintenance staff were friendly and welcoming at all times. The hotel is a bit far from the main touristic places, but that shouldn't be a problem for people who like to do some walking. The S21 museum is within walking distance of the hotel. Everything was perfect !

The loveliest staff we have come accross, constantly asking how your stay is and if there is anything they can do to help. Food in the restraunt (for lunch and dinner at extra cost) is exceptional, as is the breakfast buffet. Location is good, 5 minute walk from the genocide museaum and there is a circle K right around the corner if you need to pick anything up, however you will need a grab to go to tourist sites by the river (hotels here are more expensive). We used the laundry service; it was prompt and our clothes were ironed beautifully. We returned to stay here at the end of our trip because our initial stay was so pleasant.

The room was clean, spacious and the hotel is well located on a quieter street that is still a walkable distance to attractions and restaurants. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for another 3 days. The staff are always available and responsive, providing insecticide whenever I needed it. My room was quiet and the windows were very securely barred so I did not worry about security. The facilities were eco-friendly with shampoo and body wash dispensers and a water dispenser in the lobby.

Even though the room had large windows, there wasn't a lot of light coming through so my room felt a bit dark. The bathroom design is not very usable - there aren't any hooks and the shower is on top of the toilet. There is an armoire in the room which takes up a lot of space and isn't very useful. It would be better to replace it with open shelving/hooks. More hangers would also be great.

Close to Genocide museum. The room was good size. It had a lift. Our room was towards end of building near hotel sign so relatively quiet except when neighbors decide to have party outside and some construction that would be ongoing at times. FYI- if using grab app, the hotel used to be called Sambo Hotel so from then on just saved it as our location. Very friendly staff- especially towards the evening- the staff always greeted everyone coming in. The A/C was very quiet and would cool room fast. The food at restaurant was good- we ate almost everyday of our stay; prices were reasonable (an omelette for $2.50 usd).

The bed was a bit hard but doable and it’s the standard here I suppose. The shower was like an RV wet bath as when you shower it will wet the toilet- so make sure you remove toilet paper from toilet.

The staff here were lovely, always smiling and always helpful. The rooms are typical for a city centre hotel. View wasn't great, quite a small room, but it was comfortable and clean enough. The location was good for S21. It was a bit of a walk into the city but doable or easy enough to get a tuk tuk The onside restaurant was great, really tasty and affordable foodl It was good value for money. Would recommend if staying in Phnom Penh

Nice and clean room! Good bed and pillows! Good and very fair priced food! I feel very comfortable here! Everyone of the staff is helpfull, very friendly! If I need help for something and they can give me the help I will get it with a beautiful smile on they lips! This will be for sure my new hotel when I came back to Phnom Penh!

No lightswitch next to the bed and no nighttablelamp! The bathroom could be a little big bigger, but its still ok! The electrical plug-ins are not convenient!

I recently stayed at This Hotel for a nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location near a mart and Geonocide Museum with restaurants at the Ground floor in the hotel . The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food, both local and international dishes, and everything was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back again.

Very clean, spacious! good facilities in the room.

The man working at reception when we were checking out told us we had an outstanding bill to pay for one beer, which we never had! It was obviously a misunderstanding but he was persistent no matter how many times we told him the bill didn’t apply to us. He caused us serious delays leaving the hotel and we nearly missing our bus as a result!

nice location, close to the Russian Market, lots of different restaurants and bars there. the room has everything you need and is generally pretty clean. there is a restaurant downstairs as well, haven’t eaten there so can’t say much, but looked pretty good. the staff are also very nice and polite.

don’t know if it was just my luck, but the had the dogs barking quite loudly both nights I stayed there. other than that, very decent hotel in a good location.
