The apartment was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable, had a good kitchen with some plates, cutlery and pots and pans etc with a stove and oven, very bright and amazing shower

When we arrived they tried to charge us an extra $5 to check in early which was mentioned in the welcome message but if the room is ready i don’t really get it, just a way of them trying to make more money from you. There was a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen. The sofa wasn’t that comfy in the living room and the tv didn’t work well The internet wasn’t that great.

A full furnished appartement for only 19$ in the centre of Phnom Penh. Nice and clean building. comfortable and large rooms! excellent helpfull staff. They helped me in a personal situation, wherefor im so thankfull. Very great price/quality. A fair calm area with everything nearby. exellent residence!

It was good, quiet place. There a lot of rooms in hotel. So if you have problems with one room, they can easily switch to another one. Responsive staff and nice value-price

Unstable wifi. Every evening it disappear for several hours (connected without internet). And during cleaning they took all packages (I need them to store clothes in a luggage, such as shoes)

To be perfectly honest, our first impression of the residence wasn’t exactly love at first sight. My wife was initially given a studio that looked like it had seen better (and cleaner) days — not to mention the mysterious water leak that added a little extra 'spa' experience we didn’t ask for. That said, the staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful. They quickly arranged a switch to a different apartment, which turned out to be perfectly fine. The furnishings and kitchen gear were on the simple side, but to be fair, we might have been a bit spoiled by the previous place we stayed at — which was a touch more glamorous. In the end, it was decent value for money – not luxurious, but it delivered what we expected .Next time, we’ll likely go back to our usual place by the river – you just can’t beat that location!

really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! felt like at home. everything is so stylish and made from the wood and stone. thanks to this its not too hot in the apartment. It's clear that the apartments were designed with heart and soul. After Vietnam hotels for 4 months prior to this stay, this apartment in Phnom Penh is truly an exception. no noise, so i had a good sleep. most important after Vietnam for me - NO cigarette or mold smell in the apartment!! soo good. nice gym nearby just for $3/visit.

would be nice to have more plates and one pot to cook rice.

2 big rooms, a little kitchen with a little electric oven, fridge, freezer, gaz-stove, and small equipment to eat food or to "cook" a little bit. Toilet and bathroom are separated, A lot of place for all clothes and things. A balcony and a lot of windows give a good feeling. I was very surprised about the excellent fire protection equipment, an emergency case with smoke mask and rope, 2 fire extinguishers and a room sprinkler If you look around a bit, the quality of the location becomes obvious. A neighborhood with shops and a mall is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful

An explanation of how the service works would have been helpful at the beginning. I didn't know that I could get fresh water and coffee powder every day, but I found out on the 5th day. It was also not clear to me where I should dispose of the garbage. But I could ask at any time. Also a clothesline for drying hand wash on the balcony would have been good.

The family room with kitchen was excellent for the size of seven with a room for a couple. The staff at Chilchill understand our needs as a family with three children as we need to cook food ourselves in the kitchen. We do not demand much of cleaning as we do it ourselves for our one week stay in Phnom Penh. ACs, bunk beds, internet, kitchen equipment, water, couple room, location, laundry are all perfect for the stretch of time while in Chilchill. Overall, the accomodation we had perfectly fit to our stay requirements in Cambodia, and I would definitely recommend Chilchill to my friends.

Although, everything was great at Chilchill. I find it stressful when something changed in my accomodation due to circumstances beyond my control. The impact of the date changes I requested in my booking was unexpected upon arrival when I figure out it will take some time and not that straightforward. I try to keep an open mind to understand the owner, staff and all parties involved. As of this writing (3 days after checkout), the property owner is keeping in touch with me to help me get some refunds, which I deeply appreciated. I am looking forward to a happy ending to my not extraordinary story. But again, when in Phnom Penh, I would not hesitate to consider Chilchill my home in Cambodia.

The location isn't quite central, but it's close enough that you can walk to the center, or get a tuk tuk for a dollar or two. Good location for visiting places that are just outside of town as well. Rooms are large, and it's enough to give each other space if there are two of you staying together.

Hard to say, really. The rooftop bar wasn't open unfortunately - it would have been nice to go up there for a drink and a view of the city. There's no washing machine in the room, but you can still wash your clothes for free on the top floor.

The staff were so accommodating and flexible with our requests. The rooms provided comfortable climate and the access to kitchen facilities/ kettle/ fridge so very valuable. Absolutely a well priced making our ability to stay in such an ideal location affordable. So very grateful The balconys also were so enjoyed , especially for the cool morning and evening breeze. 😊

We booked a variety of rooms and did miss not having access to a fridge and kettle in the family bunk room when on our single night stay in there.

Nice enough place. I stayed for 9 days, comfortably. I really liked the shower. Close to all-night convenient stores, which is useful. Lots of room and shelf space though the TV viewing area is a bit cramped (but I didn't really use it).

Could have been cleaner. There were some bugs. Limited food options nearby (but there are some).
